This location is big, bright, and great to visit compared to the typical mall food court locations where one finds a Panda Express. The layout allows for good eye-browsing. The two-item plate gives a good amount of food for a reasonable price. The recipes rarely change, but why fix what isnt broken? The Orange Chicken was cooked well, the right amount of crispy outside and chewy inside. The Szechuan Beef had the perfect amount of spicy-sweet, and both paired well with the Chow Mein noodles (and all were chopstick-friendly!) Service was friendly and quick, the restaurant was clean, and theres plenty of seating. For a quick and tasty bite this is a great spot.

Walking in I could tell those working were very new andesign did not know what they were doing. I go a plate with Terriaki, Orange Chicken and Noodles. The chicken was terrible as if it had been sitting there much to long. Then when I asked for Terriaki sauce some sort of goop was dropped on to my chicken which made it barely edible. I was overall unimpressed with the bad service and bad food. Worst Panda Express experience and I was a frequent customer. Not anymore, go at your own risk.

Not sure how this has decent reviews - it is a Panda Express after all. This is by far the worst Panda around Tukwila and the eastisde. Recently came in and they were packing up to close 2 hours before they were supposed to (this is not the first time this has happened) and the girl said they couldnt make anymore so she instead substituted one of my sides while I waited and gave me barely any chow mein...I shouldve checked my box before I left, if you must go to Panda, avoid this one

Worse experience i told the girls about the chicken i was given it was black inside and they didnt offer a refund they did tell me if i wanted to change but how would i know if the rest were like that these girls have no experience in customer service at all i dont know if the company even allows this and i told them i was going to write this review because of the way they responded this is the last time i go here!!

This is by far the best Panda Express that Ive ever been to, and Panda Express is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh when I visit this location and some of the employees are very generous with portion sizes. I love it! I recommend coming right before lunch hour or right after.

Customer service there was absolutely awful. Employees act like they hate being there. One employee was touching their hair and then went to cook without changing their gloves. They need new workers and to enforce their customer service skills along with going over their health guidelines.

Walked in with one person in front of me. She ordered 2 dishes. There were multiple people waiting on her and talking about how it is to work at Panda all the while leaving me standing there for at least 5 minutes. They were friendly when waiting on me but I almost walked out.

Comfortable location. Feels upbeat and busy without being crowded or annoying. Food was decently fresh @ 445pm on a Wednesday. Very clean and open feeling location. Great experience!
