If I could give this place a 0 I wouldnt hesitate. Ive been a customer ever since they were located in south center but its unfortunate that the last four months or so they have not been cooking my order properly. When I approached Alice, Andy or their daughter about the situation they would give me an attitude and would remake it after several minutes of staring at me and saying theres nothing wrong with how they cooked it. This last time I ordered out and I called back in because they did not cook the meat throughly. Alice just like always gives me an attitude and hangs up on me. I called back and spoke to Andy, who repeated what Alice had said. I made myself clear that I was a loyal customer and I come to the restaurant because I thought the food was good but it turns out that they do not care to satisfy their customers, yet its only important for them to make money. I will never recommend this place ever and I will never set foot in the restaurant again for the very poor customer service and quality food.

Service was slow on a night where the place was half full at best, but that wasnt the issue. We got the dinner special that comes with 3 appetizers, along with an entrée and dessert. One of the appetizers was BBQ Pork; a classic, and one of my favorites. However with just one bite of the BBQ Pork, and my appetite was ruined. The pork was sour. I told the waitress this, who responded in disbelief before taking a piece of it back to the kitchen. She returned moments later with MORE BBQ PORK, which was not my request. But she insisted I try it. I refused to eat it, but I did smell it to humor everyone and it smelled the way it was supposed to, solidifying the fact that I was served spoiled pork just before this. So she left the new AND OLD pork at my table and went to get our entrées. Unfortunately I couldnt bring myself to eat anything else for fear of food poisoning. With such high reviews, I expected better. And I am not at all the type to make a fuss at a restaurant.

The food at Golden Dynasty is AMAZING! When Im away at school I literally dream of their hot and sour soup. Ive tried a lot of other places and none can compare. My dad lived in Taiwan for 2 years earlier in his life and says theirs is very authentic. Alice and Andy, the owners are wonderful! We have a large family, and have been going there for years and they are always very accommodating of our needs (pushing tables together, booster seats for babies, etc). The worst part is having to decide which of our favorite dishes to order! Our family fights over the salt and pepper chicken wings appetizer, the green beans and pork and the general tsos. Also no visit is complete without the house fried rice (which stays at the kids end of the table).

Order date from this place last night. We ordered Sesame chicken and Kung Pao chicken. We also got two wonton soups. My wonton soup was pink in color. My husbands was not. Mine tasted like chicken blood was mixed in. Our entrees had no flavor at all. We didnt even touch the appetizers and ended up throwing all the food away. What a waste of $40. Never again will we order from this place. The health department should look into this place.

Been going here for years ever since it was in South Center. Alice is great. The hot and sour soup id the BEST in the entire world, and I have tried it around the entire world. This is the BEST. The food is alway great, never had a bad dish. If there was a sixth star they would get it.

The Best Chinese food in the area. Ive been going here twice a week for years now. they serve up my favorite (vegetable chicken) with amazing consistency. better than any other place ive found. the vegetables are always nice and fresh and never overcooked like so many other places.

I called to place an order one day and i didnt like what they have to offer so i said i wanted to not order it and as soon as i said it she hung up on me! That is like the lowest thing you can do in the restraunt business.... i will never buy anything from these guys.....

Tried this place last Friday night and didnt get pass the menus. Opened the menus and there was a live small cockroach. Got up immediately, the owners son asked what was wrong and we showed him. The couple at the adjacent table saw what was going on. Picture attached.

My roommates and I have been on the search for good Chinese food in Kent, this was reted well online so we tried it most of the food was average, the sesame chicken was terrible, and we dont plan on going back.

Crab cheese wontons + sweet & sour sauce were probably the best Ive ever had. Really quick service, kind, stays on top of drinks and decent portions too. Glad to have found this place

This is the ONLY place in Kent for truly outstanding Chinese food on a consistent basis. We never go anywhere else and often order delivery. Cant go wrong with any menu item.
