First, we had to wait 30 minutes for a table, however, we could see upwards of 10-15 open tables, clean and dirty. When we were finally seated we attempted to order our drinks. I attempted to order 3 different alcohol drinks, all of which were "sold out." We then had to ask what was available to order. My friends sons root beer was delivered and was either not root beer at all, or was completely flat. Just looking at it you could tell it was not carbonated and very light in color (like iced tea). When we brought it up to the server she removed the lid and examined it as if we were making it up. Then while ordering our food items, I wanted Mandarin Kick wings(the special flavor of the month)--another "sold out" item. She settled with 1/2 Asian Zing and 1/2 Chipotle BBQ. When our food was finally delivered my wings (the supposed Chipotle BBQ wings) had NO seasoning/rub on them. We both tried them to be sure. When we were finally able to flag our server down (because she never came over to check on us) there were no apologies, she just said they would fix them. We were never brought silverware. My son had the kids macaroni and cheese so we had to once again flag a server down to get a fork so he could eat his meal, never mind bringing silverware for the rest of us (and, again no apologies). There were no wet wipes on our table and as our server was absent the remainder of the evening we had to take wet wipes from other tables so we could clean ourselves during/after eating. The service was terrible--there was no checking up on us, and no apologies for the many mistakes and inconveniences. Even more surprising--there was no offering to compensate or discount any items. I dont usually expect this, but the mistakes were heavy handed and the service was not even sub-par in this case, for a $65 meal I would expect an apology at the very least. The likeliness that we will visit a BWW any time soon is minimal at best. We also wrote customer service about this visit immediately after and have yet to receive and response back.

I dont come here much. On New Years Eve I brought my 10 & 11 year old cousins and my 27 year old auntie. The greeter sat us down but we were not acquainted by a waiter. Little did we know the one of the managers called the Tukwila pd on us. The manager came back to us with the waiter and half three tukwilla police officers. She said that my cousins and my aunt came here not to long ago, ate and left without paying. Let me remind you, my cousins are only 10 & 11 years old, and my auntie is a grown woman. When I explained that to her, and told her it wouldnt make any sense, she changed up the story by saying a group of other girls they were with had done that. This is all happening in the middle booth near the register, those of you who know, in this booth literally everyone in the restaurant can see whats going on. Everyone was staring at us, and we felt imberissed. Instead of the manager talking to us first, she went with making a big scene, where everyone could see and hear whats going on. Anyways, we said we will leave because we felt imberrissed. While being excorted by three fellow police officers one told us we were banned for a year, when the manager never said that to us. So let me recap, we get sat down just so we could get kicked out, the manager makes a scene, then we decide to leave on our own free will but get banned for a year. When I wanted to go back in the officer said I will be arrested, and that I had to make a complaint report through the phone. So when I call in, all the head manager of the restaurant, Paul Baker, had to say was, I have to trust my employees judgement, and that he would investigate the report and give me a call back. Im still waiting for that call back Paul!? (Idk what kind of complaint report that was) Anyways, my family and I felt racially profiled and that isnt something that other people should have to face. Thats why I recommend Applebees, they have the best costumer service.

My husband and I ate here and ordered one order of wings to share, buffalo chips, and we each got one drink. Our total was $50 and we were so irritaed by this because we had purchased a large wings being told a large only has about 20 wings, and the order easily had 30 or more wings. We felt like we were being sold the larger size for more money. Also my husband ordered a beer he was told was on special and it rang up to $7.50. His exact words were what drafts do you have on special and she replied with blue moon. He ordered the blue moon and when we saw the price on the bill she explained they dont have specials and that the beer was just the beer of the month. I wish she would have explained that when he asked what was on special. Over all I felt like we were just there to be upsold. In the end the manager only replied with a rude attitude about our concerns even though we brought them up in a kind nonconfrontational way. The managers name was Paul and in his own words "the beer here is expensive". I especially will not go back to this buffalo wild wings if I ever even do go back again.

What is their hiring criteria? The one with the least brain activity? Sorry, I usually do not write bad reviews, but we went there twice and every time our experience was BAD, really BAD. The first time we waited over an hour for our food while the neighboring guests who arrived after us already finished theirs. The server didn´t even come to our table and said why we were still waiting. Didn´t offer refills - NOTHING! After an hour I spoke to the manager and we received our food 20 minutes later. We never had this kind of experience at their location in Boise, ID. So we thought it was a fluke and tried to go back this last Friday. We walked in and requested a table for 3. 20 minutes later she was seating the people that came after us... I walked up to her and she said, well you are the larger group with the two babies and we are currently seating the smaller groups. A. we didn´t belong to the larger group- she had seated them 10 minutes before that and B. there was not one baby with us. Long story short we turned around and left. Never, ever will I go to this location again!

I come here often with my husband and always notice a lot of diversity between servers and greeters. This day my husband and I sat our self and ask could the table be whipped down, our server got upset that we sat in her section and went to complain to her manager, Im guessing her and the greeter already had their differences. But the server made it noticeably rude that she did not want to serve us. On top of that was very loudly telling another server the situation infront of ALL the customers. So we got up and went to the bar to be greeted by am more mature server. I have been a server for over 3 years and know the buissnes. Her Customer service was horrible, 1 thing she could have done differently was proceed with good Customer service and address the issue with her Coworker and manager at an later time..... Not trying to bash this place because we enjoy the food but but when working with people respect for your company gets your customers coming back for more.....
