I called in an order to go for dinner. Over the phone the person was pretty rude but I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Being pregnant, I asked for my food to cooked a certain way and was told no. I figured okay I would just deal with it. I was told 15 mins it would be done, I drove there and arrived about 15 mins later. I figured perfect timing. I went in and after about 5 mins of not being even looked at I took a seat. 10 mins later I was finally greated pretty rudely. She told me she would go get my food so I waited another 20 mins. As I waited, I wanted to add a coke to my order but every time I tried she made it impossible to even get her attention. I finally added it before I left as she took my payment. 45 mins total wait time for my order I took my food home and discovered I didnt even get the lemon I asked for. Definitely will not be going back to this location. I still am in AWE over the service I recieved.

I would never go back to this dirty establishment! I have been there and had filthy silverware, plates, and glasses with food in it. When brought to the staff members attention they tried there hardest to apologize and bypass it without even offering a discount on some portion of our meal! Next my sister was interested in working there and had TWO great interviews and on the third interview to meet with the general manager she turned away immediately due to being THREE MINUTES late. Most young ppl her age dont take working seriously to begin with but she was professional and prepared, although she was late by 3 minutes I personally felt that as an experienced business man he could have used some leniency and discretion. I will never never refer anyone to eat or work there at that filthy restaurant!!!!

The food is REALLY good, its a bit pricey but worth it. Portion sizes are good. The staff are really attentive and nice, the only thing is that when we went there today around 830 pm. We got sat by a large party and they had a a few young kids. One of them screamed constantly and the others were yelling and crying at times and running aroud the tables. It kinda killed the relaxation aspect of eating out, other tables had actually gotten up and just left. This definitely doesnt mean the restaurant is terrible, the staff and food are great. They just need to think about seating arrangements a little better.

I dont write reviews very often, almost to none. However, this restaurant deserves a GREAT REVIEW! I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the staff here at Red Lobster. I had my birthday with my family who came from different continents of the world to celebrate it with my husband and I. the service was excellent! There was a total of 26 people in our group that evening. All the staff was very polite and very accommodating to our needs. lots of smiles and hugs. THANK YOU for your hospitality.

Service was great. Food is worse than a cheep buffet, sorry :( is there less than a one star? Only went because I had a gift card! From the sulfate covered salad, to the freezer burnt crab cakes, everything we put in our mouths was alful. Oh, except for the baked potato. $58.00 and tip for lunch...I ate one bite of crab, one bite of shrimp and a taste of my husbands frozen lobster. Yuk lost us as customers. We hadnt been in like 10yrs, now I remember why.

*Insert Chandler Bing saying* Oh My God, because Oh my god the food, sooooooooooooooooooo good. The cheese biscuits are a little salty, but I got the create your own seafood trio with the lobster mashed potatoes, and I see why people want to be millionaires, to eat something that tastes that amazing for 3 meals a day...what a life that must be. But seriously, no matter what you get, at least try the lobster mashed potatoes with it, youll thank me.

Service good. A little upset we went there to get trout the waitress said the truck just came so everything is restock. No trout. Its still on their menu ad having it. We had to get something else not happy. We also ordered a Bahama Mama and it was terrible. Thick and all you could taste was peach. Peach does not go in this drink. Left 1/2 there so our bill was way more than what the food and drink tasted.

The only reason why my visit was ok is because the service you receive is amazing. My server was wonderful as well as all the supporting staff. Unfortunately the food was terrible. Ive never had saltier food than what was served to me that night. I couldnt finish my food it was so salty. Like I said, the service was great, so it wasnt my servers fault, shes not in the back cooking.

Food here is delicious and if you havent been to a Red Lobster you should come here to find out for yourself. I ordered tilapia and had their cheese biscuits which are to die for. The staff are ok and I say that because the server was a bit rude when some questions were asked but maybe that person had a bad day.

First time at a Red Lobster. Caesar salad had some limp and brown lettuce. Salmon, shrimp and lobster were lightly seasoned and properly cooked. Baked potato (extra) and broccoli were great. Definitely on the expensive side. Probably wont return given the many excellent alternatives in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

We had a wonderful server, Jessie W.. Our meal was ready quickly and the pace of our meal was great. My fiance and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. She celebrated with us and was so sweet and kind the whole time. We were always taken care of. Thank you Jessie for helping make our evening special!

Have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last month. Polite people at the front and very nice servers. Prompt service and very good food. The place itself is clean and tables are quickly bused. Value for the price is also quite good compared to some higher priced restaurants in the Seattle-Tacoma area.

I just cant understand the American fascination for salty food. A heavy dose of salt on everything that comes to the table. Please stop. Let me add or not add salt to MY taste and MY health. The waitresses was very good and accommodating but could do nothing about the salt laden food for us.

I havent been too Red Lobster in a long time. But the food is really good. I had the Lobster feast with a tomato and mozzarella crepes salad it was amazing. The employees are really nice and the service was really fast. A little over price but u get alot of food for your money

Poor service, waited so long for food (one appetizer and 2 sides as our entire meal) we had to leave and find someplace else to eat. Anything they did get to the table (biscuits and potato soup) were cold. Ignored by our server. Definitely never coming to this location again.
