This DQ is terrible, and I mean it. I dont go around giving bad reviews, or any for that matter, so this location sure made an impression. When the manager argues with you for calling in a complaint, then you find out that the manager is the person you are calling in the complaint for, it shows complete lack of professionalism or common sense for that matter. He ardently defended himself and his crew for being completely off task, holding customers up for ridiculous amounts of time and actively ignoring them to chat among one other. Trying to give the drive-thru member the benefit of the doubt, we wait patiently, this is after nearly 10 minutes of waiting behind the car in front of us, (whose order was NOT big enough to be waiting that long) but after handing the person our money, he shuts the window and holds our order inside the shop. Weve got an appointment to get to, he is taking his sweet time not paying attention to us, and we dont even have our order, (which is a measly 3 pretzels; NOT something you wait an additional 10 minutes for). Watching this man grab ass with his coworkers, we finally get the chance to talk to him when he opens the window letting him know his neglectful behavior is NOT acceptable for customer service, to which he of course defends. I wouldnt even give this place a star if I could post the review without it, it doesnt deserve any. He wouldnt even give us his superiors name or number, obviously covering up his mistakes, blatantly lying with the excuse that he "couldnt release that information". We called corporate, but if anyone has a more local higher ups contact information, we would love to let them know whats going on at their store. Ive read some of the other reviews and its clear these employees have no intention of sharing any way to get a hold of their bosses; they intentionally withhold it. They cant get away with that.

72217 went in to get cake my daughters13th birthday. Asked the manger who didnt have a bage on if I could get a cake. Shw said yes someone be right with me. 5 mins later I asked again finally h Joshua helped me nice guy . but he couldntbwrit on cake he asled same lady in a very shotty way Im busy but she wasnt she was talking to girl at drivw thru I again had to wait no one was I. There at the time just me. Few mins go by he asks her again standing there waiting on good I guess Im busy she was not finally I waited again this time 3x he asks n he gets same thing Im busy by now Im upset I ask for my money back finally someone came out and did she was nice but that manger who is unknown namecno nametag was rude n ill never be back there if shes on I spent 30 on. Cake 3x this month Im in often never treated like this . it was at 1242 for 30.82 cent josh was nice lady from back I assume cook was very nice too manger awful I will make it known I have a My own business n bye cake there for my employees often .

worst DQ Ive ever been to. Normally I wouldnt take the time to write a review but this place is so HORRIBLE I felt it was necessary. My bun was rubbery, my sundae was bad ice cream with half melted caramel gunk on it, bacon was burnt, buns were also soggy, TV was playing "bizarre foods" which had showed mass amounts of duck, pork, and chicken liver, along with the juice from grinding bones. NOT something I want to see when Im trying to enjoy my meal. Customer service at counter was good, 2 managers (1 may have been owner?) there who were sitting down eating were obnoxious and didnt seem to care that I prominently displayed these factors. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE THIS! I will NEVER visit this DQ again, and I know this isnt true for every DQ, but still makes me not want to go to any one again. This DQ should be out of business. One word for my entire experience. AWFUL.

Very poor management.. false advertising. I ordered the hotdogs and they advertise them on the display as $1.49 each. With no mention of the time available. They charged $2.39 each...then the staff said the advertised pricing is only good before 4 pm. The hot dogs were old and had been sitting...they microwaved them to reheat them! I only stop there on my commute to Olympia...I ll never go there again! Plus, the restrooms were pretty messy and smelled horrible. I had to clean off my own table..The Manager who appears to be the owner is very hands on at micro managing the employees but, nothing else about quality, cleanliness and honoring prices. This location is obviously a franchise and not keeping any standards of Dairy Queen Corporation. Really no standards of good restaurant cleanliness and business practices!

Terrible place! I will never go again! I ordered through the drive thru and the speaker was all busted and I couldnt hear the server nor could she hear me. She barely spoke any English and was very rude to us as well. I had ordered a chicken strip basket and didnt receive my white gravy and so I ran back in to get it and the gal who took our order acted as if I was trippin! She slams the gravy on the counter and stuck her hand up at me like F%$k off is kinda what I felt like she was saying to me with that hand! I get home with the gravy and it was watery and had a weird smell. I ended up not even trying it! Anyways, upon arriving to the place I also noticed that the place looked very run down. I should have known that if they dont take of the the property what do they do to the food????

My family and I stopped by to grab some blizzards after going to dinner and got the order wrong. I called to speak to someone about it and wasnt too upset about the situation until speaking to Tiera. She was condescending and rude on the phone. She spoke to me as if she was untouchable and could speak to people however she would like without repercussions. When I asked about speaking to a manager she said "Im as high up as youre gonna get". When I asked about a district manager or something she let me know they are independent and dont have a district manager. I really hope management reads these reviews and sees the way their employees treat other people. Hopefully this classless girl isnt employed much longer, at least not in a place that involves "customer service".

HORRIBLE. I ordered a stuffed cookie, which I was very looking forward to eating, and instead I got a fudge brownie. I went back up to to ask if I could exchange the cookie. My response was very firmly spoken, and I was told that I ordered the brownie. Another person in my party then went up with the Brownie, stating that they had in fact Heard me order a cookie instead of the brownie. She proceeded to say that we were being "antagonistic" by asking that they correctly make the order. She continued to make her point by putting her out In a "talk to the hand" type style. In front of other customers, may I add. I wouldnt go back and I wouldnt recommend it to a friend. Quite frankly I wouldnt send my worst enemy to be ridiculed by Ms. Beth from Dairy Queen.
