Wish there was no star button.!! Poor customer service! Rude attitude from one of the pizza maker (blonde girl) when I had an issue with my order about the special deal and talking to the cashier. If your customer felt how your employee talked to your customer was rude dislike attitude and her tones, then you, the owner, need to double think through who you hire for your store. Because customer service is the key for business!! Instead of explaining about online deal, she kept saying "I ALREADY MADE YOUR PIZZA!" repeatedly with annoyed face expression. She or the cashier or if you couldnt handle it, Call your MANAGER!! She couldve been explained in nicer way. Or even offer next time/next order special coupons. SOMETHING if you wished keep your customer. Guys, "CUSTOMER SERVICE" duh?!! Just keep my freaking $5. And no tips for this order. And I wont come back to this place!! I dont care how delicious your pizza is. No one wants to dine in at your place with uncomfortably rude customer service. Not to mention about cooking, pizza was over cooked for kids. It was burned!! - Cheese pizza was burned on the top and around,. too tough to eat!!!! Wasting my time and money here.

Please see above pictures of greasy pizza for proof. I would give zero stars if there were an option. My pizza was spongy and soaked with grease I took 1/2 bite and it was disgusting. I called right away to let them know and Stephanie offered me a 20% discount next time I order and offered for me to keep this nasty pizza like shes giving me some sort of deal. I told her my husband is on his way home from a retreat and he is expecting to have pizza when he gets home and she told me that they wont resend a corrected pizza but if hed like to pick it up on his way home she will give me a 50% off discount. ((?)) I calmly let her know that this pizza is not something we can eat, its soaked with grease and that as much money as I just paid, we should not have to pay anything for a replacement. She explained, with a disappointed tone the "we normally dont do this" shpeel and said if he picks it up that it will be free. This is by far the worst customer service Ive dealt with at a pizza place ever in my 38 yr old life! Wont be going there ever again.

As there pizza is amazing as well as there other selection on the menu. Dont be surprised that there service is slow if your eating in. The restaurant is very clean and appealing. But the management needs to teach the counter help to keep track of the orders as they come in, post them in order as they are received, so the orders get made to order in a timely manner. Even though they made a big mistake getting our order to us in a timely manner, after it was brought to there attention. The staff made every effort to make the wrong a right. I understand things happen, we will be back to enjoy the company of dedicated personnel and awesome food.

Went with my wife on a Saturday evening. Minutes after placing our order, a fairly large group with children came in and ordered after us. One of the employees sat down at the table with them. It was obvious by their conversation that they knew each other. Long story short, our single pizza order was "bumped" and we waited 40 minutes for our food as we watched the people who came in after us eat. I guess were not high enough on the pecking order. Shame too, the pizza was pretty good, but we wont be going back.

This used to be my favorite pizza place, but the last few months have been highly disappointing. I dont know what happened, they used to be on par with The Rock, but after 4 bad pizzas in a row this year its just not worth the money (usually the sauce is missing). I can make a better and cheaper pizza at home than what theyve been putting out this year. My family is very disappointed in the recent changes theyve made. Its too bad, they were really fantastic the last few years.

Great place, pizza is a little pricey which reflects the fact it isnt a chain restaurant but the pizza quality lives up to the price. Nice inside if you want a meal with the family or to have a beer and watch sports with the guys.
