After waiting for 17 minutes for 2 cars in front of me, the barista greets me with "do you know what you want." This is a first. Asked for a banana smoothie, we get a strawberry one... Asked for a 20 oz mocha and then end up with a 16 ounce. The coffee tasted good but overall I will definitely not be returning here for a 25 minute total wait for two wrong orders included a different price and it was actually ring up for (I assume was a debit fee).

I can definitely tell its a micro-roastery. It has very good pricing and was very surprised by the quality, especially since most drive-thru places suck. Very rich in flavor and the espresso is perfect. Its much better than metronome or blue beard. Im guessing you are paying for the environment, but the quality of the coffee is the entire point of going to get coffee. Since everyone loves talking to the workers; yes the workers are nice.

Good coffee and customer service. Owner terry gave me 2 coffee cafe elite cups for free. He knows without hes customers he wouldnt be where he is today. Kerry hes manager at 19th st gos over and beyond to satisfy her customers she even sold me her truck. Thanks cafe elitefor being the best coffee in Pierce County northend area will always recommend this place
