Had a completely uninspired experience there this morning. Coffee was served warm, and the only refill offered was literally as we were being seated. The food was bland and uninspired -- ordered the Mega Migas and the eggs were as flat and tough as the corn tortillas they were mixed with. The eggs were bland and flavorless, even with the addition of jalepenos -- and the cooks hair. It was totally uninspired diner fare. The potato cakes were served lukewarm (either reheated, or grilled from refrigerated stock and not heated through?) Their complete lack of texture and tepid temperature made them a soft, greasy addition to my poorly cooked eggs. I couldnt finish one, let alone two of the sad, limp things. The staff was polite, cheerful, and friendly, and they were super wonderful to my young daughter. I love the mission, I love that its women owned and a neighborhood business. I love that they work hard to accommodate different dietary needs, but all that cant come at the expense of making a decent plate of food. Especially with so many awesome choices nearby. Definitely not worth the ~$45 we spent on two people for two cups of coffee and two plates.

Love this place! Tried it for the first time today. Very cute little place (looks like a converted house?) with a pretty yard (full of birds). Great place to go if youre sick of going to chains. My boyfriend got the lox benedict. It was seriously amazing. The eggs were poached perfectly (white cooked, yoke still runny), and it came with this amazing garlic potato cake thing. I got this pineapple french toast (had some fillings, special syrup, and ham). Was really wonderful! Theres complementary coffee out front if theres a wait, and while they were a little slow with our order, they brought us a coffee cake on the house while we were waiting! It was really good too. As for price, its pretty medium. I dont know why some people think its expensive... And the portions are just right too. I was pretty full when we were done. Its not like breakfast food makes good left overs anyway, so no reason to shovel an giant heap of food onto our plates. Definitely going back next time we go out!

I love this place, my girlfriend and I bring everyone here when they come to visit. Its an old converted house which lends itself to the cozy hipster vibe that they have created. From the delicious garlic potato pancakes to the warm cinnamon rolls (only served on weekends), to the pitchers of mimosas, theres something for everyone. Every server is friendly (weve been helped by them all!) and they even have toys for kids and coffee on the patio in case you have a (generally short) wait. If you like breakfast food, or early afternoon brunch, this is a must see place in Seattle!!

Talk about home cooked meal! Your are actually eating at someones former home! How cool is that? Its a quirky place in an old craftsman home with eclectic furniture and decor. Great staff and fantastic food. Lots of gluten free options as well and they are accommodating of any allergies. I had the kitchen sink skillet and added in garlic cloves. It was amazing! Good coffee too. I cant wait to go back to try the Mac and cheese. Definitely making the trip back up there.

This is my favorite place for breakfast in the city. All of their ingredients are fresh and the variety means there is something for everyone. Its all good, but I recommend the lox and bagel, and they have the best mac and cheese in the city. Again, the BEST mac and cheese IN THE ENTIRE CITY! Weekends (sat and sun) they have delicious cinnamon roles as well. Staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is the definition of cozy. Wish I could give it a higher score!

This breakfast and brunch spot is the definition of charming. It is in a beautiful renovated old house, where each room has been repurposed for the resteraunt. The food is several steps above greasy diner food (everything they do is wonderful, from eggs Benedict to mac and cheese, and from their Sunday-only cinnamon rolls to their mega migas). This is a good place for a morning date, or to impress out of town relatives with. One of my favorite breakfast places.

This is a really cute place! Great atmosphere, and great wait staff even though theyre busy. I didnt have to wait long either ( I went at about 11:00 on Saturday), and was able to sip on coffee while I waited. The eggs in Eggs Benedict were over cooked and the waitress offered to have them remade without me even asking...it tasted great- especially with the garlic potato cakes!

The building is a bit quirky and the wait sometimes can be a bit, but the food is completely worth it. The staff is all super friendly and always offer up new suggestions each time we come in. One our favorites is getting an egg Benedict served on their potato cakes instead of english muffin and usually splitting a home made cinnamon roll to start.

Cozy, Delicious (heavily)vegetarian-friendly restaurant with great service and a small-town feel. Sometimes a bit of a wait but totally worth it. Though normally seated within 10 minutes. I love that I can get brunch (and with alcoholic beverages, if I like) any day of the week!

This is a great little place for breakfast. Staff is really on top of things, and I love the cinnamon rolls and coffee cake. The food is pretty good but not great. Did I mention I love the cinnamon rolls and coffee cake, though? Seriously, go there for those.

Great Chow! Stopped bye this morning for a quick bite and had a great meal. The service was outstanding and the food was great at a very reasonable price. Doesnt get any better than that. We will definitely be dining there again.

We were looking for a new place to get brunch during the week and my friend found this little place. Its like having a meal at an old friends house and the food is really flavorful (especially the garlic potato cakes!).

I will definitely be back. The eggs benedict are made with homemade hollandaise and the garlic potato pancakes are tasty and unique. The menu is huge so Ill have to come back and try the other delicious items.

Recommended by my airbnb host since theres just too many breakfast places with 4+ stars on yelp, I went here and got beautiful egg benedict. The cinnamon "mountain" I had after was a great decadent treat.

Food was great, and the location gives you that "Sunday morning breakfast at Grannys" kind of feeling. Its a bit tight inside as far as proximity of tables but it didnt hinder our visit in the slightest.

Definitely lives up to the hype. I got a large breakfast bake and the misses got the French Toast. Only real complaint would be that we were sat at a table a little small for 2 people.

This place was super quaint and felt like you were eating in someones home, which I loved. You definitely get the at home experience here with good service and great food!

Cute little place to eat, nothing special about the food. Would eat there again if I were in the neighborhood but I wont make a special trip or drive there.

Kinda wierd vibe. Not the cleanest...everything seemed "sticky". Food was pretty good...recommend the mac n cheese. A little overpriced for what you get.
