The food was great we had a good time just the 2 of us thank you. The deal breaker is when we saw a young girl toss a white towel to a boy he missed and didnt catch it it hit the floor they were goofing off a little as young folks will and thats OK by me but he then went and wiped a table down with that towel.Now I dont know about you but I thought that was disgusting. Sorry I really dont like to complain but that was just wrong and I wont be back for a long while. It turned our stomachs then and it does now.I live out on one of the small farms and I guess thats my down fall,no telling what I have stepd in and tracked all over the place. I just feel a review of the correct procedure is needed so that it does not happen again.they were great servers and attentive to our needs both of them having helped with the bob sauce as well as the extra frys we had. again the Food was great it had been over a year since eating there and we had missed it.

Our experience was less than satisfactory tonight. We have frequented this blazing onion many times, due to proximity, and its usually ok. Tonight though will keep us from ever going back. We ordered three meals that were all terrible. We informed one of the wait staff about it and she offered us fries to go. FRIES TO GO. Ill pass on $40 fries. To make matters even worse the manager was standing right next to the staff and didnt say anything. Essentially we paid $40 for one chicken strip because the others werent edible, a 1/4 of a burger also not edible, a whole chicken sandwich the was choked down, and fries to go which we passed on. Not sure what it is but we used to love this place. Its been going down hill. The other locations might still be good but I would recommend avoiding this Snohomish location.

this place made me sick after i left only consuming one beef patty i was sick to my stomach i paid WAY too much for a BURGER! i thought burgers were supposed to be cheaper than most food considering they only use a little meat.... shouldnt be too pricy to make but it looks like they r making double their money back AND THEN SOME so not only was the price over what it should be but the staff screwed up my order i told them im allergic to something and to keep it off my burger... what do i get after waiting for 25 minutes? a burger with exactly what im allergic to all over it.... wow i hope nobody takes the time or gas out of there day to visit this place if someone pays THIS MUCH for one of the cheapest meals in america it should be done RIGHT

Blazing Onion has a different theory on service. They know that no matter who serves the table, the experience reflects on the restaurant as a whole. So to begin the experience, you walk in the front door and immediately see the menu on the wall above the front counter. The menu has something for everyone, from burgers to chicken to salads and fish & chips. You place your order then find your seat and wait with a numbered flag. Service was fast and I was waited on by 4 different people, never lacking anything. I had the Blazing Onion burger with Onion rings (try the Sriracha Aeoli) which turned out to be more food than I expected. They feel like a family restaurant with a full service bar, and they do it well.

Onion petals were on point, sauce had a nice kick to it but thats about where it stopped. I had the bbq burger and it was soaked in grease sitting in a puddle by the end of the meal which for a burger place was a bit disappointing. The kids chicken tenders were great though! They also had an odd mix of self service and actual servers that for me personally just didnt work. Order at the counter, get a beverage cup to fill yourself, meal gets delivered to your table, put up a sign when you desire service. For the price paid, I just expected more or perhaps a bit different but the burger could have used some work. Not a bad place all in all, I just wasnt enthused for what we paid.

We eat here from time to time. Its a little pricey but the quality of the burgers are high. When times are tight, well split a meal and never got a bad feeling from the staff. Theyre helpful and cheery in the matter which makes us want to come back. So they sell more burgers that way. The wild boar was excellent and the buffalo is excellent. I hadnt had bad service there and been there maybe ten times now. Most times the register was patient. Once in a very packed state there was a slight impatience, maybe was having a bad day, because all other times was fine. After you sit down, you can always and easily order more. We like the place.

Heres the reason why my family will continue to eat at the Blazing Onion. CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ate at the Snohomish location tonight. During a very busy time, we watched a manager help carry an infant (one of two, there were twins!) in its carseat out to the car to help the family out. It was amazing to see. Stuff like that just doesnt happen much these days. As a mother of three, it was very heartwarming to see. Oh, and the food is always excellent too! I would MUCH rather eat here than at a chain restaurant like Red Robin. Hands down!

Food is always consistent. We get the Grilled Chicken Avacado and request it on a cheese Kaiser with the blackened chicken. First of all they are always so patient as we modify the heck out of an order, secondly you should try the sandwich amazeballs! The owner is always at this establishment working alongside his employees and keeping the place clean. You can tell he cares. The only reason I give them 4 stars is I hate the new fancy coke machines. The coke is nasty. I prefer fountain coke.

Service is bare necessity - they wont get your water or soda for you. Food is tepid for me and piping hot for my 4 year old - which is a bit backwards. This is the 3rd time Ive been here and I always feel over charged and that I get equal service at Burger King for half the price, and oddly this feels intentional based on how they have it setup. The food is well presented and better than fast food.

Our favorite local burger place! Grab a gourmet burger with a nice thick patty for just a couple bucks more than your average drive thru! But what a difference!!! Sooo much better than any meal deal you can order from your car, this place rocks!! Plus we absolutely love the Snohomish one, management is amazing, staff is quick, friendly and attentive. Thanks for bringing good burgers to Snohomish!

As soon as we walked in the door MarIssa expected us to know what we wanted to order. When we said that we needed to look at the menu first she told us to go sit in the bar because it was full serve. When we said that we did not want to sit there her attitude got shifty. We quickly ordered and then she walked away. No thank you, get lost or anything. Of course the order came incorrect.
