Dont waste your money. Took an hour for us to get our food. The server was super nice, but never came back to refill our waters, or buss appetizer plates or dinner plates. When men that normally eat everything and then some on their plate dont even take a second bite, you know the food is bad. Our chicken was still pink, our "mixed veggies" were just broccoli, our hot wings were not crispy and there was hair on it. The salmon platter that was about $20 bucks was the size of a kids meal. We were missing several sides to various meals. A burger we ordered had the wrong cheese, and to fix it, they scrapped off the old cheese and put the correct cheese on instead of properly making him a new meal, as he originally had ordered it. Two of our guests received the wrong change back, missing $5-$10. There were tables around us that were sending back food too. Salmon dishes, chicken dishes, lobster dishes and even a steak meal that wasnt prepared right. A couple next to us got their salmon to go since they had to pay for it and said they were just going to cook it at home! (You should not have to do that when you go to a restaurant.) Horrible experience, would not recommend and would never go back.

Let me start off by saying that this is day and night compared to the Everett Mall store. The store is well-kept and well-staffed. Well cap is kind of a given considering its a brand new location. But the Staffing part is where this review comes in. I have experienced more friendly staff and this restaurant and I have the past 6 months anyplace else Ive eaten. Thumbs up two management and their staff. The Outback Steakhouse is not your Burger King or McDonalds restaurant. You can easily tell that by the bill. What I look for in a restaurant is value per dollar. The Outback Steakhouse Snohomish accomplishes it. Dont get me wrong, I am extremely picky and precise especially when my bill averages $80. You will and can not miss here. The managers name is Mike, you will commonly find him roaming around serving drinks and asking opinions. In my mind this is what makes a great restaurant. Management on the same level as servers and clients. I will say this for the second time double thumbs up for the Outback Snohomish, Mike and his efforts to make this the best steak house in Snohomish.

Sat in the bar and waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then took another 5 minutes to get the table cleared and wiped down from the last people sitting there. Wasnt all that busy. Ordered drinks and a Bloomin onion. Drinks were very watered down and weak. Bloomin onion much smaller than I remember and took almost 15 minutes to get. I ordered a 12oz ribeye which tasted ok but had a lot of fat on it. Our waitress was slow and inattentive considering that they werent very busy. Lindsey was much more helpful and she wasnt even our waitress. Overall the food was ok.. Overpriced. And the drinks were weak and lacked flavor. Even for happy hour I think Ill pass in the future. I used to love outback when I was a kid. So it makes me sad that theyve failed me twice now consecutively.

Me and my wife had a much needed night out away from the kids last night and we went to outback. We usually love outback, but the Snohomish location was terrible. We were seated and then for about 15-20 minutes nothing happened. No waiter or server acknowledged that we were there, and several walked by. Nobody brought us menus, or waters, or anything. After a while it almost became comical. We got up and left. I told the lady at the door that we wanted to eat here but nobody wanted to help us, and that we were leaving, and she said, Ooooh, OK. It was surreal. This place is poorly ran, and the people who work here are apparently idiots. Not worth the time or money. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. We did, and ended up having a great night.

Very very poor service at this location. We sat in the bar because usually service is quicker than there, but boy were we wrong. We came specifically for the prime rib, but they were out, it was 6pm and they were out of the prime rib, ribs, and halibut... It was outrageous. Once we settled on something, and the food FINALLY came 30 minutes later, the meat was raw. We had ordered a medium rare and medium well and the steak might as well of had a pulse. We had to send it back. Once we were finished we were waiting to get boxes but our server was just lolligagging around, standing around by the bar and talking to his friends. We were very very disappointed with the service at this location.

Zero A-game. Steak was so salty it had a salami note to it. It lacked a sear and was cold in the center. Potatoes (I diet and went almost solely for a pile of mashed potatoes) had a funky flavor (not a hint of garlic as advertised, nor any flavor of dairy) and was scorched on one side. Did seem to wait a bit for service....but Im patient and didnt mind. The couple behind me, however, felt they had waited too long and left prior to ordering. Might have had something to do with the bar staff regaling the room with tales of their post birth weight loss. I doubt they understood most of the dining area could hear them.

Im a big fan of Outback Steakhouse but this location is not up to par. I have gotten food to go 3 times and my order has been wrong every time, Ive been charged for dishes I did not get, (Caesar salad) Ive had parts of my meal just not there, (No dipping sauce for wings) and not gotten things I requested,(extra napkins, wrong dipping sauce, again for wings). The food is delicious but if you order food to go I suggest unpacking and looking at every dish before you leave and lets be serious, no one wants to or should have to do that. Hope they step it up in the future.

Terrible! We have tried this out two times, with bad experiences both times. Under cooked food when asked for it to be a specific way. That was the first time yes our money was given back but needless to say my husband had to eat else where. Second time around my daughter asked for no bacon on her burger it came out with bacon the waitress took it back and you could clearly see where they had just picked the bacon off. The lines from the bacon where still in the cheese! What a joke. Never going back!

Husband and I had lunch together was very nice atmosphere only downfall here was I could not get on my phone and find any coupons usually I am able to download coupons for restaurants and stuff like that but I was unable to find a code or coupon for the Outback Steakhouse it was a little spendy but it was well worth it not able to go very often due to the price though so the downfall was they need to come up with coupons or coupon code

After reading many of the reviews, I was not expecting much at all. We had a gift card and we were hungry so was gave it a try. The service was very attentive (maybe a little too attentive), service was super fast, food was served warm and prepared as requested and was good. I was more than surprised. We dont eat out often because I really hate wasting money on poor food, but based on this experience, I would go back.
