Worst customer service of any Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. The little girl at the drive thru was rude for no apparent reason. Had the nerve to roll her eyes when I told her she messed up our order and acted as though I was asking her to give me her first born. Word to the wise, leave your teenage angst at home. Ive never wanted to immediately come inside and speak to a manager due to an employees attitude and had i not been on my way to taking my client to a doctors appointment, I would have gone in and complained. And also, not exactly sure why the portions at this one are smaller than the one in Port Orchard... either way, they managed to ruin the low expectations I already had and we wont be stopping there again.

Hate that I used to love this place. Some workers have pretty good service which is why I am giving 2 stars... but this place is always put of main ingredients. Like their new blizzards for instance. How do you not have enough. And here I am tonight, every car in drive thru was told to wait to place order. I sat in drive through about 20min before I finally left with my goods. Also when we dine in, it is hard to find clean table and seats. Sad.

Unfortunately, if the manager goes home, the young folks are left to play. Well, thats what happened last night. Just trying to get some ice cream, hard to do when kids want to talk and play with each other rather than work. The ice cream stands for its self. So thats good. Still, its a nice place, its neat and clean but, could use some help with customer service. Rude comes to mind.

Im sorry I dont like to write reviews like this but I had the most horrible experience here and the food I thought was horrible that they served me. It was cold. It tasted stale I just had a very bad experience. I come from Los Angeles passing through here never had DQs so wanted to experience it. This place ruined it for me I will never try these restaurants again.

Walked in the door and there is a bad odor to the place and no one greeted us. Two people looked at us and said nothing. Not very polite either. After we sat down it only took a minute to get our food. It was barely even warm. By the time we where half ways done eating it was cold. Wont be coming back to this DQ.

The resturant itself was pretty dirty i didnt even want to sit in there to eat my ice cream but had a family of 5 so we didnt want a mess in the car. Very inconvenient that i had to change my 5 month old in the car because they had no diaper changing table in restrooms. Not a place i would visit often.

After being there twice in 1 week at different times one in the evening and the next in the afternoon after school the service was extremely slow. We waited 15 minutes for 2 blizzards. They are very understaffed but the employees were working hard to try and process the orders.

Okay, look, i love the chicken and fried and hot food, but the ice-cream is a bit outta date to be honest. its really more liquid than Ice-cream and as someone that allergic to Peanuts why is it i find something peanut butter related in every blizzard? 5/10 would not go again.

How hard is it to make a blizzard. I ordered one of the fancy ones and got vanilla with a little chocolate and peanut butter. Maybe Im just picky about ice cream but.. Maybe this us why their sign says "experienced workers wanted"

I ordered to go food and was supposed to get coupons for ice cream later...they were NOT with the food and I didnt notice till I was down the road...the service here is ALWAYS lacking. I do like their fries though.

Gone there twice once for a #2 combo and once for a Blizzard and I waited at least 20 or 30 minutes each time and they dont even bother to say sorry for the wait or offer anything.
