My parents and I ate here for breakfast while passing through the area on a recommendation from friends. We were very pleased with the service and the food. We didnt wait long even though the dining area was packed. The food was very good and we were given very large portions. Their biscuits were gigantic. It definitely seems like a local place, but we enjoyed it. Just remember that it is a bar, so you wont get a fine dining experience here but the breakfast is worth trying, especially the omelet. I will definitely eat here again next time Im in the area.

We did not have a good experience. Waited 40 minutes for our food. At no time was it mentioned that it would be a long wait. No apologies for having to wait. Fried chicken over cooked and burnt. First time there and wont be back. Very unfortunate, went in because of so many recommendations. Lots of people seemed unhappy with having to wait. Staff did not seemed like they care very much for their patrons.

Classic pub grub. Fantastic prices. Friendly staff. If the Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders are playing expect a raucous crowd. If you are not young and hungry bring a friend for breakfast. One the best places in the area for a burger. The shrimp and fish as good as any white table cloth restaurant at half the price. Everything is fresh and hot. This place is a Family friendly local favorite.

The people that work here are so great it sucks to have to give them one star. However the food makes up for the good they do with how horrible it is. While we cant expect more than your basic bar food from a place like this hair in the food. On more than one occasion. Is above and beyond nasty to me. Ill never eat there again. Which is sad because the staff is so nice!!

We waited about an hour for our food. The chicken fried steaks came hot. The SOS came cold and had to send it back. They popped it in the microwave to reheat it, which cooked the over easy eggs we ordered. Almost didnt make it home before the food had traveled through my body. Will never go back.

Some of the staff are good but most are only attending the people they know. I am a local . I feel it is hit and miss unless you sit at the bar. Dont bring out of towners if you want to impress. Mike is a great cook so is Connie. I go for a quick beer and that is it .

Owner got a bug up his butt with his help and now service sucks, especially on Wednesdays during karaoke. He had one girl behind the bar and one to take care of the rest. Much better places to go to in Tacoma area without the toll bridge fee, used to be really goid.

Took 30 minutes to get ONE cup of coffee. After that 1 hour to get our food. The waitress didnt even come to check on us. Never going back. The waitress paid our bill but even though we placed down a 40 she wasnt thankful. Never come here.

Good atmosphere, generous portions. Pricing is fair. Food was a notch above truck stop diner, which I love to be honest, but nothing special. Very locals only vibe, good or bad I guess. Worth trying, but keep your expectations low.

11:45 on a Saturday and no lunch till one oclock, must have a pretty stupid cook that cant make a cobb salad till one. Fire the cook and get someone that can do the whole job.

EXTREMELY noisy in the evening! Most of the menu is very good, except fish & chips is a joke. For 11.99 I got two pieces of fish just a little bigger than fish sticks.
