Go to Daves cafe Ive been to this place many of times. The entree I get is the 7.99 breakfast special. The only thing Ive hated was the fact the sautéed potatoes are very greasy. Customer service is poor. I recently went here and treated a new customer for breakfast, the order was to go because just like any other frequent, loyal customer, we work for a Living. Long story short, there was hair in my food. Not an ordinary hair more like a very short curly black piece of hair... I became upset as there was not one slight minority there or working there. I called in.... I spoke to the cook and stressed the issue, he did seem offended as I stated pubic hair he offered to remake my food or get a refund... I told him I was on my way to work and could not return at that moment because of work He apologized and handed the phone to Jessica. Jesssica told me to come after work for a refund, great! She said shed even leave a note for the next shift, awesome!! I get off work, waste my gas and time... only to see Ms. Lynn. Ms. lynn immediately told me I had to talk to The owner.. first, she says Scott and that hed be in the next morning... I asked her what time because I work and cant keep playing grab a$$ about 16 dollars. She says he actually called out tomorrow,hes the cook wait a minute... the owner is the cook????! I said, I already spoke to him he offered to recook or a refund... try again Lynn.. She says ok you need to talk to Sherry shes the owner. The food should have been brought back for an issue like this oh and need I mention, Im not authorized to refund?????... ok, well why was this not told to me early this morning? I would have let it sit in my car before I threw it away... So apparently sherry will be there tomorrow morning. I first asked for a number. Of course one was not given....... Ill waste my time tomorrow once again. I refuse to let this place Consume any more money of mine. Ill do another rating once my refund experience is over.... I picked this place today over Daves cafe only because I have been here before... went to Daves after this place pissed me off about my refund and surprisingly better quality food and price is beyond reasonable

Recently had "family date" night here with my husband and two year old. mid-meal we were the only people in the restaurant! It was a wonderful experience. Our waitress was lovely. We were treated more like family than customers. Sure, its diner food. Its decently priced, normal diner food with out of date decor. But we really enjoyed the comfort level. Feeling connected was the who point of our family-date and this place definitely got the job done. We WILL be back, simply for the wonderful service! An extra plus for parents: Our daughters food was brought out at a child-appropriate and food-safe temperature while ours was still nice and hot from the fryer. This is AWESOME for a Momma tired of burning her fingers tearing up too-hot chicken strips.

Normally we have excellent service but today was horrible. The waitress gave us drinks but didnt even give us menus until we asked for them (after 20 mins), then she served two other tables before us even though we came in before them. Then after waiting an additional 20 mins without service, we just paid for our drinks and left. I dont know if shes new to being a waitress but she needs to tighten up her service game. It wasnt even that busy to have an excuse for the poor service. So we went to the FPH for breakfast.

Extremely RUDE server. She never checked on us ONCE. SO, I only tipped her very, very little. She came back only to collect the reciept and grab her tip, not even cleaning off our table. When she saw the tip amount she smirked and made a rude sound. That idiot should have been grateful for being tipped at all for her stupid and careless attitude. Food was ok, but customer service means more TO ME. Dont know if Ill be coming back, I may try That One Place. But if shes there, I will walk out. Booo on you, woman.

Food has been good, however the server has been very rude. It was funny though to watch her being totally different towards the male guest. First we thought she might only have a problem with us for some reason, yet she did not treated the women sitting next to our table any different then us. So for myself and my friends we want be back again.

We normally enjoy our meals here. Service is sketchy at times but tonights service was top-notch. Jessica took the time to listen to our request to have the flour tortilla bowl for a taco salad to not be overcooked. She sent back the one given to her and brought out a nicely cooked one. We appreciate that kind of service. Thank you Jessica!
