My husband and I frequent this particular restaurant at least once a week. The food is always good and theyre always nice and friendly. Portions are extremely decent and generally we always have to get a to-go box. Our favorite is a meat and cheese quesadilla as well as their carne asada burrito. One thing that will always make me a repeat customer for them was one night a man in a wheelchair came in. I saw him scouting out the dining area for a seat, but itd require shuffling some chairs. I had resolved myself to help him once he got his food, but right as I went to go help, the employee that rang him up walked around and helped him. This might seem small and trivial to some, but so many places just do not care after they get your money, and seeing this guy help him with not prompting really convinced me this was a good place. I was further convinced as I watched the employee help him get his drink and make sure he was all set before ringing up the next customer. This is an amazing place all around. Easy 5

I had a STRONG craving for fish tacos and decided to give this place a go. I have been to the Gig Harbor location and tried the burritos and enjoyed them. Im really happy I took my tacos to go because it was extremely hot inside the restaurant, i almost passed out wanting in line...There were only two men working behind the counter and they seemed very stressed and busy, I think they could have definitely benefited from one more person working. However, they seemed to have it together no matter how chaotic it seemed with them running back and forth between taking orders, cooking the food, manning the register, and serving tables.

Not impressed at all. Beware; the chili rellenos and fish are microwaved. The fish was then deep fried, but the relleno was slid onto the plate and covered with warmed salsa, which caused the relleno to be swimming in watery liquid. Yuck! The rest of the food was just, meh and very salty. I am unaware if the microwave is used at the Gig Harbor location, but the food is better. If youre in Port Orchard and wanting Mexican food, a much better meal will be found at the food truck, on Sedgwick, just East of HWY16 or El Sombrero at Mile Hill and Jackson / Olney.

Ive been here many many times. I always get their blue agave burrito. Its the size of a newborn and every time I eat it i find myself comparing it to every burrito Ive had. Nothing ever comes close to how good it is. And the staff are beyond friendly. They give my daughter a sucker every time she comes in and when she wanted to pour her own soda (shes 4) one of the employees brought a chair over for her to reach the screen. I will continue to come here often. I recommend everyone try this place!

Blue Agave Mexican Grill has atrocious customer service. My family visited twice in the past two weeks. The first time they got the order incorrect and would not rectify the situation. Last night we went and in they were out of Carnitas. When asked about it they were absolutely rude. They said that one customer is not a big loss. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would recommend not visiting this establishment.

Not fancy. Casual. Doesnt look like much from the outside but once you step in and see the line of "regulars" you soon understand why this place has such good reviews. The food is priced well, not expensive and you get quite a lot for the money. I had the carne asada. The steak was tender and flavorful… rice a tad bit salty for my taste but all the rest was so very satisfying!! Really enjoyed it. I will be back!

If your looking for authentic tasting food, this is the place. They offer large portions so make sure to bring your appetite. Service is usually fast even though they are usually busy. Small and hot inside when hot outside but again a real authentic experience. Lots of good beer and Tequila choices. Great food and fun environment. Possibly the best food in Port Orchard.

Been a regular for quite a few years. If its your first time, your best bet is the build-your-own burrito (similar Taco del Mar, but with better, fresher, and tastier ingredients). They used to do foil-wrapped hold-able burritos, but recently started building plate-bound monstrosities that are larger than the foil-wrapped ones. Even more burrito for your buck!

Just what I was looking for and its close by! I like guacamole and sour cream on my burritos and these people offer that. Other reviewers said it was like Subway. I do not agree. When I went it was slow. A few people sitting around the bar and 1 or 2 tables. It was dimly lit and quiet. A nice ambiance for me. Ill be back-regularly.

My husband and I eat here for dinner 2-3 times a week since I developed a gluten intolerance and cant eat anywhere else. I always get the carne asada with corn tortillas and its awesome. They give us a lot more food compared to other restaurants for the price and everything tastes amazing.

Every single menu item is fantastic and your eyes open WIDE when they bring you your food. Id be surprised if you can finish what you order. Massive portions for the price and the service is always great. Great food, great service, very polite.... Also, cherry vanilla Dr pepper ;)

Great Mexican flavor for a small local restaurant. Easy to select exactly what you want as you are able to see the items before they are added to your plate for eatting in informally @the small restaurant or taking home to your hungry family awaiting anxiously for your arrival.

Food was absolutely delicious. I had their carne asada fries with a tequila sunrise. The bartender made the drink to perfection and the carne asada made to order in front of me. Will definitely start coming here more often for my fix of Mexican food.

They make the best chicken tortilla soup I have ever had. Their service is always quick and the food so worth the drive. I dont live in the state anymore but still have family in the area. It is on my list of musts when i come to town.

I grew up in Los Angeles eating authentic Mexican food off trucks and Mom and pops places. This is as close as it gets. If you think taco bell is great mexican food you will be disappointed. This is Mexican street food at its best!!!

Everything is super sized here, bring a big appetite! I recommend the burritos and nachos. Small bar area but they serve a nice selection of tequila and Mexican beers

The service was friendly and quick! More options than a Qdoba or Chipolte for a similar style restaurant. Our party would go back again if we are in the area.

Ceviche, carne asada fries, California burritos. They have it all and load you up with good portions. Come hungry.
