Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The food is bland, stale and usually burnt. Portions are very inconsistent. The employees/kids dont listen to an order, they just slop stuff into a paper boat. To spend that much money on mediocre at best food is terrible. I wish I wouldve saved the 3/4 of the burrito bowl I couldnt eat because it was primarily salsa with a few floating pieces of chicken. I was very excited about Chipotle being in Silverdale but now I have zero desire to return to any location. Either they need new management or at least some level of management at that store. You would think they would want to impress being new in the area, ESPECIALLY after their contamination of food not long before the opening and making customers sick.

Although this restaurant really deserves 3.5 stars, its decent. The quality of product (fresh meat, beans, and rice) is evident, but there are too few options and ingredients to chose from. The staff seemed very friendly and extremely efficient, it is just hard to justify paying $8ish for a burrito that you can make at home with simple ingredients. Overall this is a pretty good place to get healthy food quickly, however, it is just another franchise.

*This is an updated post of an earlier review.. After I had complained about missing items from multiple online orders I was promptly contacted by corporate and compensated. Since then (about 2 months later) I have ordered online 3 times, all completed with 100% accuracy. Im glad to again have amazing tasting food with the convenience of online ordering.

I haven eaten at this restaurant as well as others all across America in the food chain and this was the worse. Good seating and clean but the burritos were even not made and left feeling.h hungry. The chozerio was burnt and tasted bad. First and last time eating.g here. Only good thing was that they accepted my buy one get one for dinners.

Terrible experience. Cant wrap ur burrito properly to where insides stay in. And why would u make me wait to pay when my food is ready but someones behind me is not. Your cashier just stood there and waited till there burrito was finished and checked them out before me. Garbage service never going back. Foods good tho when wrapped right

The restraunt itself is good, clean and food was normal Chipolte good as usual. Was disappointed to find out when I asked they do not offer a military discount, even though a sign in the shopping center states all stores do, more so disappointed with the staffs reaction when I asked about it, just rude and rather clueless.

Watched a girl with white colored hair touch raw meat and then make a burrito without changing gloves or washing her hands. Thats how you get food poisoning. Recommend avoiding this place as they dont care about your health.

First time every at Chipotle and it was quick and easy! My buddy and I live 2.5 miles away so we drove down there and back in less than 10min and now cant finish these things! Delicious, thanks guys, goodnight lol
