Horrible customer service. The waitress asked if it was our first time there, and we told her yes, it is. We went for my husbands birthday. The only time the waitress came to our table was to take our order, bring our drinks, and then our food. I asked for ice water and got water with no ice. It took quite a while to bring our food once we ordered. Had to ask for a refill of my ice water when our food was brought out, and about 5 minutes later she brought another cup of water, again no ice. My meal was supposed to come with some tortillas. After she brought everyones food, she said to me, "I will be right back with your tortillas". She must have went on a break or something bwcause we didnt see her anymore after that until about 5 minutes after everyone was done eating. The food was average at best. They dont even have handmade tortillas there. The waitress finally reappeared- only to bring us our bill. When I mentioned to her that she never brought my tortillas, she said oh my god, let me go get them right now. Really?? To that I replied dont bother, were already done eating, and ready to leave. Most restaurants give you some kind of compensation when they mess up. They will comp your meal, offer a gift card or a free meal on your next visit - hoping that you will come back again. They offered nothing. Will not be going back to that place, and would definitely not recommend it to others either! Wasnt worth the drive over there. Quite disappointed with the whole experience.

Muy rico!! La comida es deliciosa los camarones a la crema están súper ricos y las micheladas nose diga!! Lo único es que aveces uno tiene que esperar mucho pero la verdad vale la pena!! Very delicious the seafood! The shrimp with creme is delicious and so are the micheladas! The only thing is that sometimes you have to wait a while for your food but its so worth it!!

Honestly it was obvious my expectations were off. Lady almost knocked down the daym door trying to carry some plates while telling me to get out of the 21+ and sit in the back!! Like lady you need to calm down before i smake you with my ID chasing me down like i stoled something! Slowy pulled my ID out And didnt order no bad ass liquor from there to just so cuz unprofessional and rude ass service so if ur looking for long waites with half cold food and horribel service your at the right place (: If i can rate this it wouldnt even make it to the star

Nobody cares when customers arrive to the restaurant. I could stand there for hours. Then finally we got a table. Sat there for 15 mins nobody came to take my order until we went to the counter. Waitress apologized and took our order. Other people were getting chips and salsa, we were NOT lucky. Only our drinks made it to the table. Waited for an hour and no food yet. Paid for my drinks and left. Horrible customer service. No organization at all.

The food is soo good! I highly recommend the raw seafood over anything! The only reason for the 4 stars is the food because the service is something else. Avoid going on the weekends if you are starving or just not in the mood to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seated and to finally get your meal. Other than that the food is wonderful!

Loved this place! Got here just as the mariachis were leaving - too bad, but the seafood was really good and servings were ample. Service was good. Pretty sure we were the only English speakers among the customers, which just added to the experience
