Ive been going to Puerto Vallarta for years and hey have great food, besides fajitas. My main complaint with them is that they add money to the tip. I recently noticed that one of my bills did not match the tip I left and have am now suspicious of the other times I felt Ive left a different tip. Rarely do I go back and double check the tip and my loyalty feels betrayed. And its really sad that Ill never see the staff Ive grow friendly with here. Whatever the tip is, the business and staff needs to accept it. Its not something any waiter or waitress is owed.

I had lunch here today. It took them almost half an hour to come ask for my order. The chips tasted burnt, the chicken in the tortilla soup was over-cooked, and the soup its self had an unpleasant flavor. I didnt say anything and payed the bill because Id just seen the same server laugh off someone elses complaint about how long it took. Otherwise, the servers were all nice.

As a Mexican I am very picky with Mexican food. When I moved to Seattle this year, I had a really hard time finding a good, authentic, Mexican restaurant. After coming here for the first time I was amazed. Very good food and it definitely is authentic. I have been coming back since. The only downside is that they dont have aguas frescas. However, everything else is great

Drove 25 miles to take my best friends great aunt to lunch. We walked in with a Starbucks refresher got our first serving of chips then the second server came and informed us that alcohol wasnt allowed. It was a refresher, berries and all. We offered to dump it out and then he said it wasnt a big deal. But I got the impression we werent welcome.

I come here a few times a month for bar tacos or Chipotle chicken. This time there was a Roach on the table. Im not squeamish so I push it off then another one came across the table. I didnt finish I just got up, told the server and paid. She tried to apologize. Never again.

I am surprised by some of the reviews. We go eat here almost every week. It is fast, great food & I have never had a watered down margarita. The staff is wonderful & very friendly. We have two kids who love it also!!! Great place & I would really recommend it!!

The food is like another Mexican American "Authentic" Mexican food..., is not but very edible!!! The people is just true Mexican warm people!! Everybody is just great!!! Im a Mexican living in the states and I come here just to enjoy all these people!!!

The key to this restaurant is the massive amounts of food. Easily double what is sensible. Sure, its Americanized, but I still find menu items to enjoy. Its our go-to for plentiful food. (aka, leftovers for lunch tomorrow)

The food is terrible and a bunch of drunks hide out in the bar. Dont do it. The owner is also in the paper for some kind of liquor issue. Goto Burien for real mexican food. Stacion or Riconsito. This place is a joke.

Carnitas tacos were on point! Crispy meat and plenty of veggies. Our bartender/server, Maria, was absolutely amazing! She was quick, order was precise, and she was as sweet as cane sugar. Definitely coming back!

If you have a colonoscopy scheduled for the next day, go eat here. Tasteless sauces thickened with corn starch. Do yourself a favor and go get a burrito at Guymas up the street, then go home.
