I went with some friends who just moved to the area. We all ordered the grill vege burrito, but they brought us three regular vegetarian burritos. When I told them it was the wrong item, they accused me of ordering it wrong. I have literally eaten hundreds of these burritos over the course of ten years. The waitress told me I ordered the vege burrito, not the "grilled" vege burrito... There is no vege burrito on the menu. I asked her how I could have ordered something that wasnt on the menu, she told me I must have accidentally done it... Huh?! I told her I do not eat meat or dairy, and that is the only vegan menu option, and that I have never had a problem in all this time. At which point she FINALLY offered to take it back and replace it. When she brought the correct burrito with grilled veggies in it, it was full of cheese... I went up to her with the menu and asked her why they would put cheese in it, if it wasnt on the menu. She said I was mistaken... Im standing there holding the menu in my hand showing her the ingredients listed and she tells me I am mistaken... At that point my friends were done eating the wrong order "to not make a fuss", so I told her not to bother, I dont want to eat anything they would server me and everyone else was done eating. One of my other friends is a lactose intolerant and he ate that crud anyway. Then complained the rest of the day about stomach issues. On top of that they even left a tip! That is another problem with us, why would you leave a tip for a totally wrong order that they accuse you of ordering wrong??! I will never eat there again.

The place looks good from the outside. When you get in, it looks more like a "fast food" place. It has a full bar, but, the drinks are expensive. When looking at the menu - the meals are expensive. I figured, well, were in Windsor - perhaps its an upscale Mexican Restaurant of some sort. I ordered the Chile Relliano, my wife had the Fajita Salad, daughter had the burrito and her kids had something off the childs menu. Grand daughter took one bite and didnt eat anything else. I guess it was bad. Grandson had to be prodded to finish his quesidilla, which was MORE tortilla than cheese. I cant blame him for not wanting to eat it. My wife liked her salad, which, when I tasted it, was mostly lettuce. I guess she liked the dressing. And, who can screw up a burrito? Well, you can sure as heck screw up a chile relliano .. thats for sure. And they did. Greasy. Flat. Small. Came with a teaspoon of black beans and maybe a table spoon of rice and 3 tortillas, for some reason. Perhaps they knew the serving was very small. And it was. But, for 11 bucks - well - it was SURELY not worth that. Ive had better getting ala carte at other places for just 3 or 4 bucks. Also .. margaritas were on sale for 5 bucks apiece. Nothing special. Mostly mix. Hardly any liquor. We actually got our food before we got the drinks. Very disappointing service. And the atmosphere? Like I said .. it was like stepping into a Taco Bell or something. I would NOT recommend this place and will most likely NOT go back.

Asked for a steak super burrito and got a beef burrito. Also asked for 2 steak tacos which were not in the bag but didnt notice till I was back at work. Gave me a fountain Pepsi that was completely filled with ice so basically it was a few sips. The burrito came in a cardboard box of which looked great until I tug through the bag and found no silverware. Luckily I had some at work. The grand total somehow got to just over 20 bucks. I feel shafted. Never will I return. Thought that all farolitos were the same but I guess Ill just stick to the one in roseland. They actually have the real green salsa and dont charge for extra cups. Save your money. You can get a more authentic burrito at Olivers.

My overall experience at this place was horrible I went to the drive-thru and wanted to order Super Nachos I explained to the woman taking my order that I recently had some dental work done and would like soft tortillas instead of the hard chips, she replied she would have to go ask the cook in a way that made it sound like I was bothering her. When she returned she told me that the cook would not allow it, I even offered to pay extra but still they were unwilling to accommodate my request. I ordered a Super Burrito instead, unfortunately it was the worst Super Burrito I probably have ever had. I would never ever patronize this restaurant again.

Service wasnt that great, they asked us to move to another table because a big group had just come in and promised a side of guacamole on the house that never came. Supposedly, this new table was in the shade. The table itself, yes, my girlfriend and I; not so much. Plus, we had to ask for a glass of water to be refilled when I had no other drink. Ordered a quesodilla with grilled chicken, not doing that here again. Chicken was so dry I thought I was chewing beef jerky. Overall the quesodilla was the most sub-par Ive ever consumed.

We served ourselves water, the Margarita Mix was super sour gave you a stomach ache. We waited from the time we arrived to get our dinner 1 hour. The beans were out of a can, it tasted like Rosarita Brand. The burrito cheese was finely shredded packaged frozen cheese and still very cold. The fish taco, the fish was spoiled grey, smelly and tough. We will never go back ever. The waitress was real nice and apologized several times. It is a drive-thru also.

After Playa Azul Mexican Restaurant was forced to leave Windsor due to absurd rent costs, Farolito became my next favorite. I eat here at least once a week and it rarely lets me down. The super burrito with grilled chicken is very good and both their red and green salsas are fantastic. They are also exceptionally fast, which is how they are able to have a functioning drive-through.

After Googling mex restaurants in the area, we decided to try this place. Yummo! Surf n Turf burrito was great! Chips are fresh and not greasy.. Salsa very good. Very nice people. Actually got greeted at the door. Manager makes rounds to tables to make sure all is well and chat a bit. Very happy to have found this place. Cant wait to go back to try their margaritas!

If I could rate their drinks alone it would be a five star rating! Their drinks are delicious, just right and service is great. Their food is really delicious when it comes to specialty plates, Enmoladas are sooo good. Unfortunately their basics like tacos and burritos are just ok. So if youre looking for specialty drinks and plates this is the place!

I waited with my table for half an hour to order food and drinks, ate like 3 servings of chips and salsa. Drinks showed up, waited like another half hour for food, every one else got their food. I never did, and the sever never came back till the rest were all finished. Server was pretty cool though.
