Im not sure if I got the wrong thing but their Tamale was not fresh. It was tough and very bland. Also their rice and beans were the worst Ive had in a while. They were tastless and the black beans tasted like a giant can dumped in a warmer for all day long. Also, the house margarita (which I understand it not always the best - it is the cheapest one after all) was exceptionally bad and tasted like 80% sweet and sour mix with a splash of tequila. I could barely drink it! Everything else was wonderful, I was sad the food was so disappointing.

I have been eating at this resturant for a decade now. The servers are very friendly, but sometimes it does get busy and you had to flag down someone to refill your chips and salsa. I love love love the tortilla soup here, its the only thing I order here anymore. Azteca is not the most authentic mexican food in the county, try el hurache or casa luna, but the prices are reasonable and you can normally get in and out very quickly. Cant say its my FAVORITE but I do come back every now and then.

The food tasted good. I ordered what i used to usually order when i went there. It used to be a huge platter of shimp and mushrooms sauteed in this spicy buttery red pepper mix for $18.99. Now for $18.99 you get about 1/3 the amount of shrimp and mushrooms in boat and then they fill the plate up with the typical bland refried beans, spanish rice, and lettuce w/pico. So its not at all worth it anymore

This place is so good its painful. Literally! Im so uncomfortable right now because I lost all self control after the first bite of my fajita chimichanga. The service was also outstanding! Our server had a very motherly vibe and was constantly checking up on us. We didnt have to flag her down once. And she always had a warm smile. We will be back.

I would have loved to taste their food but my friend and I were denied service and were told they were closed a few hours before their actual closing. Their open sign was on, we checked online and even called the restaurant. I guess they dont like to serve people during regular business hours.

Great fast service, affordable prices, great staff, consistently enjoyable meals, and prime location. Every time we come here, there are warm tortilla chips brought to us before we can pick up our menus! We come here about once a week and have always walked out feeling satisfied.

Always have fantastic service here as well as great food. Huge portions which we get amazing leftovers from for lunch the next day. Their catering is fabulous as we have had them come over for work lunches before. The remodel looks amazing and really opened up the place greatly.

Chicken was very dry and very big chunks for chicken tacos it would have been better if chicken had been shredded and pinto beans too hard plus I didnt get my lime or lemon when I asked for it when I placed my order

Flat beer and mediocre Mexican fare....the same menu, decor, formula these places have been using for the last several decades. Mexican cuisine has evolved but Azteca has not.

Azteca always has good food, as does this location. But every time Ive stopped in here the beer has tasted stale as if it wasnt properly kegged or was shaken up.
