I have to admit the views are amazing. The food was good, but not great for these prices. But I hated it and couldnt wait to leave. It was our wedding anniversary and we were there with our kids and my sons fiance. My husband had been there before for business lunches and said the view was amazing and thought it would be great for our anniversary dinner. There is very little separation between the bar and the dining room, so we were inundated with loud, pulsing dance beats the entire dinner. The conversation volume was extremely loud. The 5 of us were seated at a large table (too large for 5, could have seated 8) - and none of us could hear, so we essentially ate in silence. The sliding door to the outside table was open practically the whole time, and we were freezing (my sons girlfriend ate in her coat - classy.) Some waiters would close the door, then another would pop through and leave it open - it was a chilly night. But mostly because of the noise, a really lonely, miserable experience. If you like trendy, noisy - probably okay. But if you want a nice dinner to visit with family and friends, I wouldnt recommend it. Couldnt wait to leave.

Apparently, the view goes a long way with many reviewers here. The food is not only marginal, its downright gross for some dishes. We ordered the "crab cakes" and it resembled neither crab nor cakes. The best way to describe it is a cross between an underdone egg and a raw scallop drowned in sauce. It was nauseating and I am not trying to exaggerate. I encourage you to TRY IT just so you can have a story to tell...its that awful. Even the waiter seemed dumbfounded by its presence on the menu citing the owners choice as to why it was still on the menu. Ordered the tagliatelle with lamb ragu which is listed as "Lamb" with tagliatelle on the menu. Ugh. It was awful as well. A big blog of cold ricotta was dolloped on the side. Noodles were overdone and so hot that it turned the center of the dish to mush...bland all the way around..even with the miniscule portions of lamb inside the sauce. We ended our dinner early with 1/4th eaten dishes and went for pizza up the road...aaah, saved by pizza. Unless youre there for "wine and a view" I wouldnt suggest eating dinner there unless you like bland, expensive food.

Great food, great service! Beautiful setting, wonderful dining experience. We had various salads, plank salmon, scallops, a seafood sampler, Pinot. Food could not have been better, the greens were fresh, I had this blue cheese or something that had a smoky flavor and creaminess I Id never had before; salmon was perfect - it could have used a little more of the cedar flavor but theyd have to wrap the plank in foil to achieve that, and instead they seem to grill it - still awesome though. The greens and other things the scallops were in, were perfectly flavored with the scallops, the scallops could have been slightly more musky but they were still super and, as with the other food, done perfectly. The service was fast, thorough, listened well, responsive - at times I didnt know they were there filling our water glasses; the setting - doug fir posts and nice low and appropriate lighting; over the water; views. We will definitely be back.

We went to Six Seven for their New Years Eve dinner, 2009. The late service was almost $300 for two with tip, and was one of the worst meals Ive had at any price. The scallop (only one) was suspiciously fishy, so we did not finish it. The lobster was the size of a large crawfish, poorly cooked, and ridiculously served in a pot lid that conducted all the heat off of it in thirty seconds. Unbelievably, it was served on top of a WAFFLE. Not risotto, not garlic mashed potatoes, a WAFFLE. Desert was a donut hole dipped in bad hot chocolate, a stale chocolate tulip with grocery store grade ice cream, and ganache on very sad strawberries. To top it all off, their valet lot was full, so we had to walk a quarter mile in teh rain to and from a scary garage across Alaskan Way for this culinary treat. Pathetic. We will not go back.

After our second visit I was hooked! The dinner service was phenomonal and the gentlemen behind the bar, whos name I cant remember, rememebered ours after a not going for a year! We went for a birthday party the first time and Thanksgiving the second. We are planning on Thanksgiving again this year. Its not a RedRobin so dont plan on taking the kids unless they are well behaved. Im a picky eater and they accomodated my alteration to the dish to a T. As weird as it sounds I recommend the patty melt sliders from the bar. We had that during the birthday excursion and it was wonderful. The valet even ended up parking my jeep up front right with a mercedes, everyone was extremely nice.

My boyfriend and I had a truly special anniversary dinner here tonight. We had great service, a breathtaking view of the mountains across the water, and our food was wonderful. For appetizers, we had bread service and watermelon tuna crudo, and for main courses we got the bouillabaisse and king crab legs. The dinner portions were generous, and we both agreed the bouillabaisse was the best either of us have ever tasted. Throughout the night, our server, Annie, was a perfect delight, and her recommendations were spot-on. I will definitely be returning if I have guests I need to treat to a special occasion. Thank you for the perfect special night!

We arrived around 12:30pm on a Sunday afternoon, and although it was busy we were sat within 5 minutes at a nice booth. We had a decent view of the water, and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The coffee was amazing, and they were still serving breakfast, which was also really tasty. Our server was incredibly busy, so the service was a little slow but overall we both really enjoyed our time there. If youre near the waterfront area of Seattle I definitely recommend this restaurant! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. But we will probably try to make a reservation next time. We will be back for dinner some time soon!

Food is good but not above average, however the views and atmosphere are spectacular. Service was a little lacking, we were sat by the hostess at an un-cleaned table. Our brunch came before our drinks. It was another 15 minutes before we could track down our server for our drinks, by the time we got them, we were 3/4 done our food. We werent given spoons with our coffee, so had to stir in sugar with knives. Because again, our server wasnt around to ask for some. However our coffee were taken off the bill. So that was appreciated. I think maybe they were a little short staffed.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner for her birthday here this past weekend. Ambience is classy and its beautiful right along the water. We got some mixed drinks at the bar before we waited to be sat at our table and they were amazing. We got the crab cake as an appetizer which I highly recommend - they make it different then most crab cakes as they dont fry it, so the meat is true to form and doesnt have an breadcrumbs or what not mixed in - delicious. Our dinners were both prepared perfectly and tasted great - Id highly recommend a meal here.
