When myself and my fiancé went into your local chipotle again after many bad experiences but we had a gift card we yet again had a bad experience. There were only a few pieces of steak left in the bottom of the container for my steak burrito. The line person asked if I could wait for new stuff so I asked how long and they said no longer than 90 SECONDS. About 2 minutes in one of the workers says to the other we will need a new tortilla, as the one they had heated for me will not be good. The other just shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. 5 minutes later they come out with roughly 2 servings of steak and give me 1/4 of the meat which looks like they just took it out of the fridge from the previous day it was dry and cold. I asked for more because all I take is steak and chess and was told I would have to pay for double steak. That was ridiculous but I was so tired of the gam I just went on my way. I do have pictures of this and will be happy to share. Needless to say it was the coldest most disgusting burrito I ever had. I would of said something to the manger except that the manager had cussed me out on a previous experience. I would recommend some major changes in this store and the remainder of the gift card I had I just gave to someone in line as I will not be back nor ever spend another penny at your establishment.

I used to go to your restaurant at least three times a month before October. Since everything, tonight was my first night. I watched a girl cross contaminate the black beans with four different ingredients. When it came to my turn when she asked me what kind of beans I wanted, I waited to see if she would notice, but she didnt so I declined. She then tried to give me dried out steak, which I asked for new steak. I then leaned over to the cashier and told her that I saw her do this so she told the manager. I watched the manager go over to the girl and tell her to scoop out the rice and vegetables and then walk away. Mind you there was still the juice from the pinto beans. Why didnt she replace them? What if people were allergic to any of those items? If this is your idea of an improved process, then Im appalled. What has taken me months to earn me back as a customer with a possibility of renewed faith in your company, was ruined in one minute.

FUN FACT: a year or two ago they would put 5 stickers on various pieces of aluminum foil on Tuesdays. If you got the sticker, your meal was free! My coworkers and I went to Chipo-Tuesday as we dubbed it for a year. Only once did we get the sticker and that was the first time we went! They probably stopped it after that one week, but they had us. Considering there were at least 3 of us on any given Tuesday, and wed each buy a burrito, and then figure each burrito is about $5.50 (not including chips and salsa/guacamole or drink) and you have $858 of business from my friends and I. Wait, subtract $5.50. One of those burritos was free. Totally worth it.Order a Margarita. Note they will card you and are more strict that TSA with their carding policy. Also, the location is terrible. Getting out of here is the worst if someone tries to turn left across Cedar Hills.

Would give zero stars if that were an option. Began visiting this particular location years ago when it first opened, so I do have a point of reference. Twice in the last week my daughter has wanted to eat there, although by her own admission, the food does not in any way make up for the poor service, dirty conditions and general chaos that rules at this location now. Last week at dinner time, they announced they were out of guacamole...seriously!? Someone should have been prepping this long before they ran out. Also last week - two employees having a conversation and pointedly ignoring the fact that they had a customer in line. Today, music blaring, dirty tables, dirty prep area, young woman making a burrito wiped the prep board with her gloves and then continued making a burrito.Unbelievable. No, I will not willingly go there ever again.

Terrible customer service makes me not want to go back. Ordered 2 burritos from chipotle and when I got home there was only 1. This normally would not bother me enough to write review but by how this was handled after is why I am writing this. Once I got home I called to ask if they still had my burrito. They told me they still had my burrito and were going to give me a couple coupons to make up for driving there and back. After getting back to chipotle they gave me the burrito but refused to give me any coupons because I didnt remember who I spoke to on the phone. I eventually talked to Ana, the general manager, who still refused to give me a coupon.

Every time Ive come in here, my order was messed up or even forgotten when I placed it online. Today was the last straw after placing an order online, picking it up, and getting home to find it was something I am completely unable to eat. If it were wrong but still edible for me, Id just suck it up however all I wanted was a refund and was told to come back in. The last thing I want to do is come back in after everything thats happened. Go to another location or just skip it all together. Its not worth the frustration.

One of the people working the line rolled their eyes at me when I asked for my guac and sour cream on the side not to mention the fact they put a sprinkle of lettus and cheese and put literally 13 beans in my bowl, I could count how many. My bowl looks extremely sad because the truly skimped me out on everything all in front of my face as this filled the persons bowl behind to the edges. Never coming back to this location I dont pay 9.95 to get ripped off

I love Chipotle. Go there way too often. But, after a short hiatus I came back to this location and its not as great as it used to be. The new staff are terrible.. not friendly, not professional (saw a worker taking a selfie while there was a line) and theyre always out of certain items. Once it was rice, then gauc, another time it was chips. Its been something every time Ive gone in the past 4 times. Food is still good, but staff is seriously slacking!

Often out of guacamole well before closing They should get a fun "Weve got Guac" sign. And a "Outta Guac" that they can switch on and off, so customers dont have to get out of their cars in the dark and rain , only to find a small handwritten sign thats impossible to read untill your at the door getting soaked and cold. Do the district supervisors ever come and spot check their sites in the evenings....?

Ive never been to a Chipotle Mexican Grill before. I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to order so I asked a few questions. The woman behind the sneeze guard was no help. I ended up pointing out what I thought may be included in my meal, then paid too much for a mediocre Mexican dish that is a thousand times better at any local Taqueria. PS, who serves Mexican food without serving limes?
