This food truck prepared the most delicious meal Ive had in some time. I had no idea what I was ordering when I ordered Gorditas Adobada, so I will attempt to describe them hopefully in a way that will appeal to others. Three so-called white corn tortillas are topped with a mixture of roasted pork and spicy sauce, grilled onions, cheese, and avocado slices. There is a selection of tasty salsas available on a shelf, but none of these are necessary for this dish, as it is perfectly prepared. Im not sure why the tortilla label is applied, but Im also not sure what else to call them, but in my experience, a tortilla is a flat (unleavened) corn bread that provides the structure for a taco or burrito. These are nearly 1/2 inch thick leavened hand formed delicacies about 4 inches in diameter each. Try them, you will not be disappointed. Also, if you want to sample the tamales, arrive early as they tend to disappear quickly. Thanks to my son for the slight detour in the Home Depot parking lot.

Consistently some of the best Mexican food Ive ever had, anywhere. Especially recommend the flavorful grilled fish tacos, the maizadillas & the spicy tamales, but also very good are the tacos & burritos. One other dish you should try are the hand-formed, thick grilled corn tortilla with meat, avocado, grilled onions and cheese, theyre called "gorditas" and the plate comes with 3 of them. Theyre kinda like mini Mexican pizza tacos, in the best possible way. You wont find anything like them at most Mexican places, one of the reasons El Camion is special. As a last word, even though this location is technically a food truck, the authentic, tasty food makes you feel as if youre in the home of your Mexican grandmother, and shes been cooking all day waiting for your arrival.

I love El Camion. But, this truck is not the greatest. Went here on Sunday and of any El Camion truck I have been to, this one was the stingiest with its portion sizes. I got the Rice with Chicken that normally fills a to-go container, this truck didnt even take up half the bottom of a to-go box. Very, very cheap. For $9 (+tip) I expect a meal of rice and chicken. Thankfully I dont normally go to this truck very often.

Decided to try a cabeza burrito with a lil habañero sauce sooooooo delicious and spicy!!!! Packed with flavor and a lot of heat. It was heaven in my taste buds! Tried the posole (hearty soup); recommend if you want a delicious soup with tons of meat, and huge cup of deliciousness!! Always packed and filled with people. Great place!!

Pretty good Mexican food, many choices. I didnt care for the fish taco much, too bland. Ill try a different one next time. Didnt like how sauces and salsas are open, and some people touch little containers for salsa and put them back with clean ones. I guess, its just how it is.

SOOO GOOD. The al pastor, cabeza, El Camión Food Truck are amazing!!! And the salsas makes the 4 star. Im so glad I finally got to try this El Camión Food Truck. I dont remember seeing chairs to sit, but they do set up tables for you to set your food. I cant wait to go back!

Best Mexican I have had anywhere! But be careful placing your order. I have been shorted on drinks, short changed, and had incorrect orders taken (always in their favor) and seen it happen to others. Amazing food but watch the lady in the window.

Every time I am around the area I have to stop and get the wonderful food. I dont like most food trucks, but I love this one… Each time its still taste so great… my coworkers even ask for orders… We dont live in the area…

This is a delicious and pricey food truck. I usually get a burrito that takes me two days to eat since it is such huge portion of food. I wont get any of the condiments because they are uncovered and open to the elements.

Great mexican food in Seattle. This place has a little more than your normal food truck tacos, by offering up your classic taqueria fare. I had the huevos rancheros and a horchata. Great inexpensive meal.

Outstanding taco truck! A fantastic variety of meats. The burritos are gigantic - can practically feed two people with one burrito. Highly recommend the adobada (spicy slow-roasted pork).

I was told they were the best tacos my friend has ever had. I wasnt nearly as impressed, but they were still good tacos. The line is usually pretty long though. Be prepared to wait.

Claimed open to 9:00 but just arrived at 7:55 pm on a Sunday and the cashier just put the closed sign up and when I said that it was supposed to be 9:00 he just tapped the closed sign

Best truck Ive ever eaten at, and better than most sit down places too. The kicker is great prices, and no extra charge for sour cream or guacamole. The little salsa bar is great.

This is as good as it gets with Mexican food in the Pacific Northwest. I need to start lowering my standards because nothing will ever live up to Mexican food in SoCal.

Pricey and small servings for a food truck. Might as well go to a sit down mexican restaurant or taqueria which is cheaper, bigger portion and same quality.

I wouldnt say its good... its kinda overpriced.. Its dirty inside & outside... & the sauces are really watered, jalapeños arent good... Not recomendable

Great price for good portions and delicious food! They have a big menu for such a small truck. And the staff tends to have a great attitude.

Conchita Pibil at a truck? Wow, I only know of one other place. Habanero sauce wasnt hot. But this is a good truck.
