I worked at this location for about a month while also working another job [where i was treated with respect] and know several people who worked there [and hated it], all fine people. however the management is crap and heartless with no sense of humanity towards the employees and the owner doesnt care about anything aside from profit, gives no material for proper training, and is stingy on everything [the only discount ever given to employees is on lunch break [if they have one] and they get half price]. the place is just for profit and if your food isnt to order, blame the management for being such crap. Also, if your cashier isnt nice, blame management for being idiots. also, the management requires that the scoops for toppings be "level" so you dont get extra without paying more for it [even though its already overpriced] [i often gave extra anyways ;P ]

Nice location. Food is fast after ordering, and the 5 buck lunch is a pretty sweet deal. I usually get the chicken strips but this time tried the burger and Ive got to say I was impressed. That being said this place suffers from what many chains do, and that is flat fountain drinks. Cant understand why more and more places are like that these days. Does CO2 really cost more than syrup to cut back? Or do they just not care, as people usually anymore just deal with it rather than complain?

Watch out for diminishing portions of accoutrements such as hot fudge, caramel, nuts, etc. This place has gone corporate greedy and when I asked for a little more hot fudge than the single ribbon they put on my "hot fudge sundae" I was told Id have to pay more. Perhaps they should rename it "tiny dish of soft-serve vanilla with a thin ribbon of hot fudge...sundae" Not worth the time to sit in the drive-thru. I miss customer-service oriented businesses.

I ordered a triple brownie sunday after asking which one was better that one or the cookie one and sure enough it was soooo good. I remember ordering the cookie one before at different location because it looked good but it wasnt as good as the brownie one so thank you employees for suggesting and making a delightful sunday :D BOOM DIGITY!

Went in on a Friday night around 10pm.. store was a mess floors looked nasty with dirt every where. Even behind the counter when seen an employee drop something and other employees walk in it. Talked to manager and was told floors only get moped once in the morning

Good Dairy Queen to get blizzards! That pretty much all we get or soft serve kid comes are a good size if you just want a quick bite of ice cream either chocolate swirl or vanilla. I just love ice cream so this place is rest and close to home

My family got served their ice cream and then they held my made shake while talking to another customer. I stood waiting as my shake melted and my family finished their treats. Now Im eating alone with a half melted shake. Not good service!

If I could give it a zero I would. Having worked food (and dairy queen) I understand mistakes happen. 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. Today I ordered a banana split and all the ice cream was melted. Worst DQ I have ever been to.
