We are visiting from out of town & wanted something quick & light. Ordered a meal, go to fill up my drink, no syrup in the Pepsi or cherry Pepsi. Tell the girl at the counter and she says oh yea were out but you can have tea or sweet tea. Ok, fine, not my first choice but thatll work. Nope, no tea or sweet tea. Sit down pissed off, waiting for my food. Then I see the same girl sell about 5 more customers drinks! One guy got his money back from a manager, so I go up to do the same thing. Manager says sorry, you got the combo meal so I cant do that. I made the suggestion that they should quit selling drinks to people and put a sign on the machine. She said the girl at the register didnt tell you we were out? I said no, she didnt. Bad experience & very disappointed with the customer service.

I try to avoid Taco Bell in general but especially this location! It seems they cant keep quality employees or something. Because any time Ive either brought someone here or come for myself the wait is at least 15-20mins. The last time I was there, I asked will I receive some kind of compensation for having to wait, (since I was stuck between two cars in the drive-thru). The person got an attitude and said what does that mean? I said, what? She said what does that word mean. I said, you dont know what compensation means? She didnt know. I let it go and when I finally got my food, I asked if she Googled the word, she said that I was speaking with her manage, lol. At least my food wasnt as sloppy as the other times Ive been to that location.

Overall a solid Taco Bell experience. I tried the new bowls. These bowls are quite good, you see. I got two of them, one for me and one for my girlfriend. I think she likes the bowl quite a bit as well. We ate them immediately before passing out after being awake for nearly 24 hours straight. My memory could be better about the bowls, but please understand the fatigue has led to significant memory loss about my experience at the Taco Bell, other than the bowls, which were quite good.

I do not frequent this taco bell, but it is astonishing how many orders they are able to mess up my order almost every time. For example tonight I ordered 6 soft tacos and 3 crunchy tacos and they gave me 3 crunchy tacos and one soft taco with supreme sauce on it?? I also ordered 24 soft tacos for a little get together and they failed to put lettuce on any of the tacos AND REFUSED TO TAKE THEM BACK.

I came in to grab some food the girl at the register was polite but about this unprofessional manager girl please..... I had to request a bag for a to go order and she just threw the bag on the counter and walked off, really!!!!! And she messed the order up and didnt bag it once she remade it. This taco bell is crap NEVER AGAIN

Came here for breakfast at 7:15am. Sat in drive thru 5 minutes nobody responded . Called ask them if they open at 7am like said on website they said running late . Not to mention they were out of STEAK . This Taco Bell always out of items . Just few weeks ago came and cashier system was down . Next time Ill travel to tukwila

This place is almost always backed up at peak times. Hard to fault a location for having too much business. Always clean & stocked. Accurate with the orders & they dont skimp on ingredients. Great location with ample parking in a excellent layout, which is uncommon in this area near the airport.

Was craving a taco while overnighting at seatac, but the dining room was closed for construction while the drive through was open. You think they would try to keep their dining room open at a location that likes sees MANY patrons without a car since theyre flying through sea tac

I like Taco Bell in general, and the food here was as good as any other one. But you had to get a key to use the bathroom, which was inside and easy to see from anywhere in the restaurant. So it had a vibe like maybe some sketchy stuff has gone down there in the past.

worst fast food service ever. Cashier was extremely rude and not helpful. 2 other people also complained about the service while I was waiting for my food, which took 30 minutes (all I ordered was a burrito.) Never coming here again.

Probably some of the best t-bell in the area. The manager thought the wait time for my togo order in the lobby was too long, so Ilthey hooked me up with free dessert. The portion sizes were bigger than other taco bells in the area.

Your standard Taco Bell. There wasnt enough seating when I went, but that was because a venue of people had crowded the place. The only thing out of the ordinary here is that you must ask for a key to the bathroom to use it.

Their website does not post hours of service. Tried calling the number on the website and got a fax machine. Went to the restaurant and the one thing I wanted they were out of. How do they stay in business like that?

Couldnt understand basic directions...no lettuce...add sour cream...asked for a side sour cream since they made it wrong...but instead 10 min later they give me new ones...a side of sour cream would have been just find.

As far as taco bell food goes, this location is one the best in the area. Food is consistently fresh and made correctly. Whoever is in charge of the staff is doing a good job.
