Went there after a hard day at work, my boyfriend order 2 cheeseburgers with tomato and onions added. We were then informed that they had run out of cheese. We asked if the cheese could be substituted for Bleu cheese and were told that it would cost an additional $1 per burger. Umm, Im sorry but Im not the one who ran out of cheese. If your customer asks for a substitute for something that your store ran out of, you give it to them! Everyone after us was offered a substitute for their cheese except my boyfriend. Then he got his burgers and the meat was burnt, there was lettuce instead of tomato and there ended up being Tillamook cheese on it but we were not even told that was an option. Im livid at this horrible customer service and how poorly we were treated. We should have been given the option of pepper jack or Tillamook when we were told the store ran out out of cheese. We should have been given the substitute of Bleu cheese when we asked for it because its just good customer service! We will never be coming back here and I hope you guys learn some manners. You clearly have no clue how to give good customer service and I hope someone spits in your food the next time you go somewhere to order food.

We went to this Burgerville tonight. The girl taking the order sounded like either a crack-head or sick. When I got to the window I still couldnt tell, could have went either way or both. Then, when I got to the window where my food was....I ordered some extra Burgerville Spread. I gave her a dollar and she asked me if I wanted my change....I said "Yes, why wouldnt I?", she said "You do?" and then she was mad, practically threw my change at me. Fortunately, our food was already bagged, so I could still eat it. However, it was $18.00 for 4 tiny double cheeseburgers (same size as McDonalds double cheeseburgers), 2 small (undercooked) fries and two 16 oz drinks. I would have spent almost half as much if I went to McDonalds. Way too expensive, not great quality and rude service. They dont deserve my business.

Its a gamble eating here. We almost always order to go, and its a shame because by the time we get home and open up the order -even after asking the drive through attendant to make sure everything is there- we realize they have forgotten part of our meal! Sure Id love to run right back and grab what they forgot, but it is a 40 minute round trip and approximately half the meals value in gas (a.k.a. not worth it...). What would the cashier do if I payed with two ones instead of two fives? Or if I flat out forgot to pay? There is no way they would let that happen, but you bet they will let me get short changed (pun intended). Please start TRIPLE checking your orders before it slides out the window.

Was the worst Burgerville I have ever been to. Ive been before but I will never go again. If you have Roxy as a served make sure she repeats your order four times back to you. My husband ordered first she got that right I gave her my order then she asked me what condiments I would like. We paid for it and when it came out she messed up my order and charged us $4.70 extra. When we asked for money back she was yelling across the room to her manager instead of walking back. When she did go back she wasnt even quiet about what she was doing and asking if how to do it. We asked for our entire money back and left.

2 years ago 2 weeks from now we lost our house in a fire. A family of 6. Insurance payed for our hotel across the street so we came hear to eat. The manager rocognised us from the news and when we are red for all of us , the manager showed so much compassion for our situation and payed for all our meal that night. The food is always great but this store made us feel community. Thank you burgerville!!!! We ate there yesterday just to say thank you to the manager.

Burgerville has been quite disappointing for me lately but this location was one of the worst ones Ive been to. $10 for an "okay" burger, that was delivered to me not even hot with some $6 fries that taste like theyve been sitting out for a while... No thanks. Burgerville is good for their shakes but that is about it at this point. If you want semi-local burgers without hitting up some independently owned joint, check out a Five Guys instead.

The fish and chips were average. My wife liked her burger. The kids enjoyed their fish and chips kids meals. As a note, they brought out only a couple of pieces of our meal. It was missing a couple fries,a cheeseburger, and a kiss meal. The server was really nice to help figure it out and bring the complete meal. I recommend that you review your meal when they bring it to you because a similar problem occurred at a table near us.

Forgot my phone(my life) on the counter! When i finally figured it out I was a long ways away.Shelbi Harrison and Elisa had my phone put away safe and sound until I was able to make it back. Now that my friends is customer service.I dont pass by there much but will always stop. Not just because of these two outstanding employees but the place is clean and the food how it should be. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Used to be you would go to Burgerville to get an excellent quality burger that far surpassed the likes of other fast food chains. Lately It seems like the quality has slipped and you are paying more for a run of the mill fast food burger. Sure they have their special Sweet Potato Fires and Delicious milk shakes still but their standard menu is lacking in quality and overpriced now.

I am very familiar with this local chain. They are notorious for greasy, miniscule portions. Now Bobs Red Mill Oatmeal being sold and served? Oh goody! Based on their standard practice serving chili, you will be lucky to get 2 or 3 tablespoons -worth of oatmeal from this outfit at a bizarre inflated price. They are basically a crappy corporation and their staff shows it.

Just went to burgerville while my mom was working st the school, the line wasnt bad. The only problem is the pricing. I only had 5 dollars and I got a cheeseburger and fries. it was pretty good for most burgervilles. Last week when I cam in for breakfast, there was no on in line and 3 employees working. Took forever to get a si gel breakfast burger. But overall, 8/10

This location is a little less attentive on order special instructions. I have an allergy of American Cheese...so I ask for Tillamook Cheddar. Today they failed to put Tillamook on my burger...fortunately I realized this within 20 mins if eating it and took a Benadryl which limits the allergens effect. Most Burgervilles are pretty good at following otherwise.

I was very disappointed when I walked in. I came in today for 1 reason Egg Nogg milkshake. I was told that it was not available this year. Showing dissatisfaction I ordered lunch with a soda. Corina (The young lady behind the counter) saw my unhappiness brought out 2 free seasonal shakes for my wife and I to Share. Changing my 1 star review to 5. Thank you.
