We may have as well been out side. In the middle of winter (>40 fahrenheit / >5 Celsius) you dont leave the front door open to cool the bar! We all had to rug up as if we were outside. This was a conscious decision by the people running the bar. Wont come here again. At least in winter!

Nice people. I walked in and was handed a shot at the bar since somebody just bought a round for the bar. First time for that. Band was just way too loud and thats not because Im an old geezer. Austins 6th street has a better volume. Good music shouldnt need to be at 11.

They have a bluegrass jam on Monday nights with lots of banjos, fiddles and guitars. Great musicians and super beer! Best atmosphere in Seattle for kicking back in the evening and having an brew with friends!

Cool location, friendly staff. Acoustics werent great for rock or rock-esque shows, but the stage was well set up. Dont think they serve food, but there are plenty of places nearby to grab a bite.

Stumbled upon this place during the Reverb fest in Ballard last weekend. Got here in time for a Country style band playing. It was a fun night. Check it out.

My very first hangout when I landed in Seattle in 1998. Have moved on since but had occasion to visit recently,. Just as lovely as I remember.

I came to do open mic. They had a great set up, its open enough the sound doesnt drowned out your conversation and they have great drinks.

Closest thing to a Irish bar that I have seen in Seattle, lots of character with great wood furnishings giving it a warm inviting feeling.

Great music in a historic venue. Overall the bar isnt much to write home about, but the open mic night and concerts are legendary
