Based on my experience Id probably rate this 1 star, see below for extra star reason. Wasnt at all impressed by the quality of the drinking chocolate, given the name of the place, a very bad sign. I dumped the last of it (yes *I* dumped CHOCOLATE, those of you who know me, this IS a portent of doom: Hide in the basement). My wifes chai was ok, but not very good. Chocolate Necessities in Bellingham does better vastly better... The gal on the register, while chipper, was not very bright. Ill skip details. So the extra star: All things we didnt use. Food (sandwiches) in case are a good idea. Rest room looked good, handy to the counter for quick in and out. The rooms where folks were sitting were comfy looking. And I assume given the use it was getting the WiFi is probably good. So other than the drinks and the staff its ok.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - NEVER GOING BACK. Called the store ahead of time to check if they had pre-packaged chocolate boxes. Got to the store - waited in line to ask the associate. He point to the wall behind me. When I grabed my box and came back (in under 30 seconds) he started taking orders from the next customer in line. Did not even acknoweldge me and had me re-join the line. As if that wasnt bad enough, he had no clue what filling each of the pasteries had, so he proceeded to check each one-by-one. Needless to say, but this time I had waited for a good 10 minutes. So I left my $40 box of chocolate on the counter and left. The store not only lost a $40 sale to a $5 pastery order, but in fact lost a customer for life.

I asked for an iced macchiato and the woman gave me a half full drink in a 12 oz cup. Literally, a half full drink in a 12 oz cup. I debated whether or not to bring it up, then decided to go up to the barista and ask for more after paying $4 for this drink. The barista literally scoffed at me and told me she does not know what more I want. She was completely rude when I told her I at least want more if Im going to pay that much for a drink that is less than 6 oz. She then sighed heavily and filled my drink up with milk and then asked if that was good enough. I was humiliated and said that was fine because what else can I do without making a scene. I wont ever be coming here again.

This place is all over the board for me. Chai lattes are incredible, theyre open late, great atmosphere to go study, breakfast sandwiches are good, truffles for me are hit or miss. Most of the time theyre not as flavorful as I expect, but maybe I just dont know about truffles. For ex, the apricot truffle is my favorite, but it doesnt have even a hint of apricot flavor in it. And the back seating area smells like moth balls most of the time. But it is still my go to place to study late. Rewards program is great.

I love Chocolati! Their hot chocolate is made with real chocolate, dark or milk, with lots of fun add-ins, like cayenne pepper, mint, and raspberry. They also have a normal selection of teas, the staff is super friendly, and they offer discounts for those who work in the Greenwood area and for students. There is plenty of seating, though even with that in mind, during busy times it can be hard to find a seat!

- Cafe closes at 2300 - The coffee and chocolate drinks are great. - Cafe has warm homey feel with less industrial feel to it so you can sit in for 6 hrs. - lots of sitting area with power supply to all corners - Diverse crowd old neighborhood peeps to young programmers and students. - They play Music but not too loud to be annoying. - Parking can be difficult but lots of it by Seattle standards

The staff was absolutely lovely, and the chai latte I got was the best one Ive had to date in this city! The bagel was rock solid and the whole ambiance of the place was really cozy and adorable with comfy chairs and friendly regulars happy to chat you up. If I lived closer Id definitely make this my regular coffee shop, but Ill settle for keeping it as a "must-stop" whenever Im in the area.

Come here almost every weekend. Great place to relax and read or have a quiet conversation. I appreciate they use real melted chocolate in their mochas and they also serve sipping chocolate. Staff is extremely friendly. Also serve a selection of small plates like bagels and crossaints. A must visit for truffles!

Delicious chocolate in so many forms! Hot chocolate (both dark and bittersweet and every combination), mochas, and a wide variety of truffles and chocolate confections (the marzipans are my favorites), iced drinks, coffees, and teas as well. And the staff - they always make me smile!

Some items are a little overpriced, and some of the ingredients in certain items is disappointing. For example: high-fructose corn syrup in the chai tea powder? That said: still an awesome place to get some sweets and take a date. Say hi to Thomas (the best dude ever).

They used to be a very small shop, but they knocked out the back wall and expanded so there is plenty of seating area. Free WiFi. And even though they are known for their truffles, which are wonderful, I always get a chocolate covered pretzel to have with my Chai.

You can find the best chocolate truffles and coffee drinks here. Every batista who works here is very professional and polite. Great service and they deserve customers respect and recognition! Please say thank you! BTW, Nick is the best batista! Come to visit them.

This is my go-to coffee stop. The staff is super friendly and does a great job making you feel like you belong there. Also, they are serving Lighthouse Coffee and the sweets are to die for (seriously, pony up the money for one of those chocolate-mango truffles)

This cafe has a great feel to it for studying and meeting a friend or two to catch up. Baristas are sweet and down to Earth. Gourmet chocolate without the snootiness. Love the area its in as well (Greenwood & 85th).

Love the hot chocolate they have here. They have so many variations; its great. I recommend the "Darth Vader (raspberry)" or "orange eclipse." Both are very delicious to drink. Great place to take a date too!

Best hot chocolate Ive had in my entire life, hands down. This is what you dreamt hot chocolate should taste like as a child, only to be disappointed by powders and syrups. This stuff is the real deal.

Lots of workspace, a few food options, and chocolates are decent. All that is good, but Im not a fan of their hot chocolate, their house hot chocolate is lumpy and thick, not smooth and thick.
