Came for a Burger, got served attitude. 8oz. does a great job with their craft burgers. They are cooked to the right temp you order (my medium was perfect) and the ingredients are top notch (try the bacon!). The prices are on the higher end, but if youre interested in a bit of a fancier burger with garlic fries Id recommend. However, take it to go. I can never understand when a waiter or server seems annoyed right out of the gates. Their job is service, yet from hello our waitress "Roxy" was very rude. Asked for a diet coke = annoyed. Asked for a side of ranch and it felt like we were inconveniencing her. I dont go out to eat to feel like I need to walk on egg shells and the experience my wife and I had was enough for us to never go back and sit in the restaurant. Avoid "Roxy" so you dont upset her :) or avoid dining in altogether and order take out. Id recommend that the management find wait staff that can smile and be courteous to the folks choosing their place of Lil Woodys (a few steps down the way) or Giddy Up.

This 4/5 rating is based on the awesome burger my hubby created and the delicious sweet tots! It does not represent great service! I created my own burger - grass-fed patty, American White Cheese and Bacon Fig Jam. The Patty was under-seasoned, the cheese was far to mild (I ordered it based on the waitresses encouragement) and the fig jam had no trace of bacon. Very upsetting. Hubby, however, made magic happen! He chose to top his with garlic aioli and Gorgonzola. The Gorgonzola wasnt over powering, so the awesome-ness of the aioli could really shine through! I would definitely order something like this on my next visit! I ordered the sweet tots without cinnamon sugar, so they didnt have much flavor on their own. But the honey curry sauce they were served with was awesome! I want more!!

Great tasting burger but overpriced IMO and they are getting stingier on the expensive ingredients. Had a truffle burger "the Madison" I believe. Tasted absolutely no truffle flavor. My milkshake came out in a much smaller glass than my wifes. When I pointed it out the waitress just looked at it and said, "yeah, thats not right". I dont need a huge milkshake but when youre paying ten dollars for one Id expect more than a small 6 oz mug, especially when they admittedly made a mistake. We went here when they first opened and was much better. They gave you the extra shake in that metal thing they make it in, and I could actually taste the truffle in the burger. Times must be tough for them to start skimping on ingredients.

I mean the burger patty itself is amazing. Might be the best ive had at any restaurant. If youre looking for a unique burger this is probably the spot to get one. But if youre looking for classic toppings then Id suggest looking elsewhere. Personally Im not a fan of arugula or jams on my burger. I like bacon BBQ or plain cheese onions lettuce and tomato. Maybe throw an egg on there! Mmmmmm. If 8oz wanted to i believe they could make these "classic" style burgers the best. But they dont make them so thats why I give it a 3. But if your feeling like trying something new give it a shot. You might love it. Worth a shot!

Delicious food, but definitely on the pricier end. The happy hour menu made their food normal pricing. For $17, Id expect my burger to come with a side of fries, but it was just the burger. Everything we got was scrumptious and perfectly made. The poutine with added braised short rib was probably my favorite thing we got. It was almost filling enough to be a meal in itself. The mac and cheese had a lot of cinnamon added which I wasnt a fan of, but my fiance and nephews seemed to love it. Overall, this place has a chic atmosphere, great food, and good service.

Located at the west end of the business district. The burgers are in fact 8 ounces and are cooked to order. Medium here is the classic way with it being pink in the middle. Served on good sized buns, or you can get specials that have no bun - I had one on my last visit that was a burger rendition of the Korean dish Bi Bim Bap, served over rice. Good selection of beverages, alcoholic and otherwise. The outdoor patio allows for good seating in the summer. A nice place to go if you want a different burger experience.

This place has great burgers and a fun atmosphere. They are quite versatile and even have sides like asparagus if you are watching carbs, though mine were over salted so you may want to ask them to take it easy on the salt. There was a great selection of milkshakes here and they served drinks on Mason jars. The whole place is really cute with wood panelling and floors and nice decorating of a western theme without being cheesy. Definitely worth a visit.

Some pretty decent vegetarian options for a burger place. The veggie pattie was one of the better ones Ive had, but not something Id rave about. I have a feeling my meat loving friends would enjoy their burgers more. Id love to see a portebello mushroom burger on their menu. The brussel sprouts were great without the prosciutto. Sangria cider was yummy. The server, Courtney, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Every time I’ve come to this location I always receive bad service. Just wanted to purchase the jam they told me they’re not going to sell it to me. Though hey have it. Customer service is terrible I’ve had to wait 30mins for a milkshake the burgers are hit or miss (food poisoning or okay burger). This has been multiple experiences I’m never coming back to this place again.

It should mean something when a born and raised Idaho native says that the fries here were perfect all the way down to the seasoning. My burger was cooked to order and tasted great, and my wifes heaping portion of popcorn chicken was nicely crisp and had a lovely touch of spice in the batter. If we ever return to Seattle, well make it a point to come back k

Nice burgers, juicy with pickles and squishy buns :) Perfectly cooked. Good happy hour selections both traditional and reverse/ late happy hour. $2.50 sliders, $6 poutine, nice size for the price Brussels sprouts (delish) and shishito peppers. Now open for lunch- $10 lunch special burger and fries. Nice bar, casual atmosphere.

Yummy juicy burgers, local beers, helpful staff, nice set up inside. We went on a weekend which was busy but not too busy we were seated within 5 minutes. Was fairly noisy which is good when you have young kids in case they decide to cry! Kids were catered for with coloring supplies and a kids menu. Great spot for families!

Possibly the best burger that I have ever had. Definitely top three. I take everyone I know here and they are always blown away, quickly followed by food coma. I have yet to have anything here that isnt beyond delicious. Skip the lunchbox and go to a place where they care about their food. This place is incredible.

Damn good. This place is very inviting and the service is always good. I usually sit at the bar because i live up the street. While I dont get too wild, I have always found my burgers perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients and a perfect bun. If you are looking for a great burger, you wont be disappointed.
