Food is always good....but man!! Employees are NOT! A BLT isnt hard to make, but man, they seem to think it is. Sat in the drive thru for about 15 mins. Driving off, realized they didnt put any tomato on both BLTs that we ordered. Had to walk up to the window, cause they were 3 & 4 cars deep in drive thru, pouring rain, no cover from building. We ask for a remake...walk away, ONLY ONE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG! (We brought them both back and told them there is 2 BLTs in there without tomato). Another 10 mins waiting outside in the rain, we finally get the right BLTs...horrible customer service. No apology or compensation for all the waiting. And seriously...at least a dozen employees in there, literally standing around gossiping. Wont go back to this location on Pac hwy again!

The first frugals I went to was in Kalispell MT and I was immediately addicted! All the employees were extremely friendly and quick service even during the lunch rush. When we came to Washington we were excited to find out that they had frugals. We arrived there was only one other car and the service took almost 15 minutes. No big deal so we start to eat and notice the food tasted completely different from the one in MT the oil they used for the fries tasted like it hadnt been changed regularly and the burgers were disappointing as well. Even the Fry sauce was different. If you are ever in Montana try their frugals trust me you wont be disappointed!

Employee shut window on my hand while I was trying to pay,yells at me saying not to open her window, then another girl starts yelling from inside (she doesnt even know what happened, but needs to yell hey hey at me!)back to the supervisor who still chastising me for her shutting the window on me ,so I say give me my money back and she throws it out the window at me...I go home and call,she answers, continues again with her version, wont give me the managers name and when I asked her name,cause I dont want to argue with her,she hangs up!...come here quite a bit, dont know if I still will.,as this matter has not been tesolved

On this evening my wife stopped by and placed her order unfortunately not checking it until she arrived at home. She also declined to take a copy of the receipt, because these guys and gals are usually top shelf as far as getting the orders correct. Well I called Frugals and spoke with Zachary and everything is all good with Frugals once again. We will continue to spend our money here. To the owners of this Frugals, Zachary is doing a fine job for you.

im a frequent customer during the day, so to the day crew 4 stars... I had a rough day, a rough....day...all i wanted was a burger, and a milkshake...i drive up to the drive through at 9:15 pm. cones int he drive ways, all the lights off except for the grill lights...and i see 3 guys just laughin and having a good time...im glad they had a good time because they had the recipe to a good day for me and said no.

The food here is fantastic, Ive only been here twice. The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because the person who took my order misheard me and would not answer me back. I had to correct her at the window and immediately received attitude from everyone inside. She left the window cracked while they were getting my order ready and I could hear them talking about me. Making this my last time at this location.

Well, it isnt exactly "frugal" to eat here, its pretty much in line with any other fast food in the area. Food is in line with others also. Id give it 5 stars but the weird drive-thru makes you choose right or left, and the left side serves the passenger. Thatd be OK, but if you dont have a passenger it feels like people with passengers move around you in line by using the left lane.

Ive been here before and I dont remember the fries being this stale and cold. And my bacon cheeseburger, the patty was chewy and the bacon was halfway cold. And then they charge you extra for ranch. Thats the only thing that saved the taste of my meal. And the service was OK, but I got ignored and did not receive my receipt when I got my change back. Just so disappointing.

JUST PLACED A LARGE ORDER ONLY TO GET BACK TO THE OFFICE AND MISSING HALF THE ORDER. CALLED IMMEDIATELY WHILE ARGUING ABOUT NOT HAVING HALF OF THE ORDER AND THE LADY INSISTING THEY GAVE US ALL THE SANDWICHES, WE OFFERED TO BRING THEM BACK TO PROVE WE WERE MISSING 3 OF THE 7 ORDERS. WE USUALLY GO THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK... NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The order taker didnt take our whole order, then wouldnt answer when we tried to finish the order so we had to complete the order at the window. That MRs the wait much longer. She also seemed mad at me when we had to finish the order at the window. Other than that the food was really good.

I went here on a whim because it was near a Pokéstop. The lines were long and I thought the food would be awesome but was left underwhelmed. I would have rather gone to Burger KING or anywhere else than here. The food was high priced and barely edible. I wouldnt eat here again

Great food but when I went there the employee that was supposed to be serving me was instead too involved talking with her friends standing outside the window. I felt though that the rest of the crew seemed more on track though and I had just gotten bad luck with my server.

The food is good service is terrible. Everytime we seem to have a problem with them getting our order right. They seem to cut the ordering microphone too fast and arent listening to their customers. Sad really they have good food...too bad the service isnt better.

Very sketchy area. There is a low-end "gentlemens club" in the adjacent building, as well as assorted local fauna looking for the free-syringe public shoot-up house. It must be good tho, because there is never a long line of cars just itching to get in.

While the staff look like folks whove had a very "hard" time and could probably show you a tattoo or two to prove it, they nonetheless crank out delicious burgers that I absolutely love. This is a place you have to visit when passing through the area.

One of the best hamburger joints around. The food is always fresh and tasty and the fries are better than McDonalds. When I lived in Federal Way I drove all the to Frugals when I was craving a good burger, Great food for a low price.

The food was delicious and I loved it. Although, one bite of my BBQ pork sandwich was really chewy and burnt. The total cost was $12.92 for me, my grandma and my grandpa. I enjoyed it and look forward to enjoying again.

Love this place and the food! Ive never had a bad burger here. There are better milkshakes in Tacoma, but the milkshakes are still good and I buy one each time. No matter, though. The burgers alone are worth the trip.

This is by far the best burger joint in town. Try the milkshakes - awesome. Just a drive thru (no indoor or outdoor seating) and they do take credit cards now. Skip the Jack in the Box across the street and try Frugals.
