Ive been both inside and in the drive-thru and both were absolutely horrible. When my dad and I went through the drive-thru, there were two staff members fixing the machine there. My dad asked them a question and they just ignored him. The machines connection was pretty bad and there were sounds that messed it up. We couldnt hear the person who we were talking to well and my dad had to yell over the sounds from the machine. She (staff member on the other side) kept repeating what we were ordering and was very hesitant. One of the staff members who was trying to fix the machine or whatever ended up speaking Spanish to the staff member that we were placing our order to. When we got to the window, my dad asked that staff member if she speaks English and she just ignored us - just like the woman at the machine fixing whatever it was. Now my experience inside: when I got inside, there was no one at the cashier and all workers were in the back. NO ONE bothered to come up front. There was even a group of people that were going to order but since the staff was so slow, they gave up and left, just like I did. The staff is also really slow at preparing food and giving them to customers. This places service is just awful.

We order our food and they made it wrong and then I sent my son inside and waited for 30 minutes.I literally had to hop in my car and drive back around the drive thru and had to hold up the line to get a refund.This place is an absolute joke.An hour later half a refund and still hungry kids. WOW!!!!! Owners should sell to someone who cares

The food is very hit and miss. Last time I got the spicy chicken sandwich the chicken was flat and overcooked, no moisture in it at all. They also left off the tomatoes, there was just a piece of lettuce on it. My husbands bacon burger was barely warm. This location really needs to work on their quality control.

Coming inside for first time and get totally ignore for 20 minutes. They only serve people in the car. Insufficient people, chaos in the kitchen and no service at all. Totally angry. Left without any food. Never come here anymore !

This location so Jack in the Box products like any other Jack in the Box location. My only complaint is that almost every time Ive gone, even when its not very busy, the drive-thru can be quite slow.

Its a good Jack in the Box. This area was in need of some burgers with their style. Their tacos, just as good as their other locations.

On a $16 meal, they refused to give is a cup of water. They require you to buy a $2 bottle. Never coming back.
