Unimpressive. 1. First time visit with a friend of mine. No one made eye contact or greeted us--I had to get their attention. Also, no one asked if wed been before or if we had any questions. Woman at the register greeted folks who were apparent regulars much more warmly than she did us, pretty much brushing us aside. Also, the football game seemed much more important to her than did our patronage. This reason alone is what spurred this review. Had the customer service been fantastic, the order accuracy issues highlighted below would have been easier to overlook. 2. When we finally figured out the ordering procedure (you apparently order up front and they bring your food to the table after you take a number--a fact not made clear by any employee OR signage), the gal who took our order seemed in such a big damn hurry that accuracy would have been impossible. When my order arrived, it was correct. However, my friends was almost completely wrong, except for his scrambled eggs. We saw this happen to two other tables while we were there. Servers wandering around with food orders no one would claim, because the order was not accurate. 3. Food quality was ok. Typical airport diner fare, Id say. It did arrive quickly, and hot. Ive visited a lot of airport diners, and this one has some work to do to improve, especially in the arena of service.

Subpar food... Also, they need to train most of their employees about best practices in the service industry. Waited over an hour to receive a California chicken sandwich. The chicken seemed like it was pre-cooked and then warmed up in the microwave... Zero flavor aside from the weird tangy cream sauce and limp lettuce... Not even a tomato. Not even close to worth $10. I could have got the same thing from a jack in the box at a fraction of the price. Sat outside to watch the planes and skydivers, which was the only positive part about being there... Unfortunately, there was no way to secure the umbrella at our table so that it didnt spin around in the wind... The waitress basically said she gets hit in the head all of the time... Which essentially says that the owners of this establishment dont care about their employees let alone their customers. Aside from the extremely long wait and poor food, they served one of our dishes to someone else, and essentially made us beg for water. Ive been here before by myself and have had a better experience, but this last time was disappointing.

I like this place. But unfortunately we dont care as much for the food. My wife and I live nearby and frequently go to dinner at a Snohomish restaurant. We tried Buzz Inn a few times, but likely will not return. Each time, the food tended to be on the side of excessive fattening carbos. On our last vist, both our dinners arrived cold. Not luke warm, but room temp. I sent my plate back. The wait staff returned it about 3 minutes later, and it was still cold. No apparent rise in temp. Its just too unhealthy and too un-tasty to keep going back. But the staff are pleasant.

Im relatively new to Snohomish and was trying new restaurants. The first time I went to th Buzz Inn the service was bad but the food seemed good . So I thought Id try it again, the service was horrible. What happened was I asked for my salad before my meal and when my meal arrived so did my salad which I assume was sitting under the heater lights for 15 minutes. Needless to say I didnt make it home in time after getting sick out of both ends. Please dont go to this restaurant unless you need a colonic.

I miss the old floral pattern on the seats growing up, but we ended up with better televisions and NWCN was ended to be switched to the weather channel. The bathrooms used to be in the back that nowadays we get to be on the right from the cafeteria. I still have never been to its barside before since I was 21 and we passed by always, yet there werent enough people to fill up like usual. The food was good and I have never been out in the side patio (although we tried). It was fun together!

Ordered nachos. Not sure how they were able to accomplish this, the bottom layer was like burnt plastic, the middle layer was soggy, the top had unmelted cheese.. The service was horrible, about an hour and half from walking in the door till I left. Mind you I only had about 10 bites. Sorry to post because the location is amazing, but the food and service was absolutely horrible. They did comp the nachos, and said sorry about the taco salad.. I think she meant nachos..

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. They have a number of low cost meals geared toward seniors. I use to come here for the sirloin before I cut back on red meat. It is one of the best sirloins I have ever had. This is a family dining place. Nice atmosphere and outside dining makes this place unique.

This is my favorite Buzz Inn location because it reminds me of another small airport diner I love. It has good, classic diner food and a nice atmosphere. The service was good, too. If youre seated outside or in the main dining area you can look out at the adjacent airfield.

A locally owned an operated food chain that doesnt serve microwaved food, outstanding. With an extremely affordable menu its great to be able to feed the whole family and not spend an entire paycheck. Add the lounge and service and I highly recommend these places.

Good food, very reasonable prices, friendly staff. An excellent casual American- style family restaurant. In warm weather it is fun have a patio table and to watch planes and helicopters come and go, and the frequent groups of parachutists are breathtaking.

Great food... once it arrives an hour after ordering. For some reason theyve got a huge seating capacity but a kitchen that cannot support it. The staff has some hustle and theyre great, but whoever is in charge needs to reevaluate their kitchen capacity.

I placed a to go order and told them we were in a rush. They lost my order (or gave it to someone else) and we had to leave without eating. I normally stand by tipping 20% regardless, but this time I shouldnt have done it.

the service was okay, the food on ther other hand, terrible, the eggs had no flavor and my chicken fried steak tasted like it had been microwaved from a dads frozen dinner. will not be going again.

In a world as competitive as this. Im not sure how businesses such as this one, survive. Poor service times, mediocre food, blah atmosphere, and beer taps that dont work.

This is my favorite location of this popular local chain! You can also reserve the large covered outdoor deck (over looking the airport) for large catered parties.

30 minutes to get a grilled cheese and a corn dog to go, only to have it lost completely. Never actually got any food. Seriously...
