After checking out the reviews here we decided to try the Family Pancake House for ourselves. It was great! The service was very prompt, the restaurant was clean, the prices reasonable and the food was good. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday morning, but our food was served very promptly.Our server was very courteous, professional, and yet friendly. I had the "Paul Revere", which was two eggs, two slices of bacon, and three pancakes for less than $6. We will go back.

Weekends seem to be really busy and service was a little slow. I wasnt in a hurry, so I didnt mind that. The food was good but the eggs were pure yellow, didnt seem like actual eggs. The pancakes are why this gets 4 stars - they were moist and tasty without syrup, and didnt fall apart like some do with syrup. They really have that recipe down! Come here for the pancakes; not the eggs and slower service.

Amazing spot for breakfast. Miles better than that international pancake house. Staff was attentive, friendly.... I mean they were just on top of it, really. Ive been to my my fare share of places for breakfast, Its my favorite meal, but I have never had the combination of food quality and service that Family Pancake House offers. Will definitely be stopping by on my next visit.

Wow, nothing short of delicious! The pancakes are a fluffy perfection. My husband had the Chicken fried steak that came with 2 eggs and 3 pancakes. I had the Cooks favorite that comes with 2 eggs, 2 sausage links or bacon, and a half order of biscuits with sausage gravy. I think were coming here everyday for breakfast for the rest of our stay!

Food was the kind youd expect at a place that seems to cater to the retired set. However, the service was ATROCIOUS each and every time I was in there. Not only would it take too long, but on at least three occasions tables of 6 and 8 were served before our table of 2 was served. Ridiculous. And no explanation in any instance.

i went there after a walk through a drizzle, the staff is very friendly and polite, she made me comfortable and offered a warm coffee, the food was very good, both quality and quantity. the feeling was warm and cozy and a place worth returning back to... i for sure will and i suggest you do as well.

Ive been here twice now. The people are nice, the food is delicious and cheap, I usually dont have to wait more then 5 minutes for a table and they are very great about refilling my drink be it coffee or water! It doesnt really have a great style but the food more then makes up for it in my mind.

My dad, my cousin, and I went here for breakfast to celebrate my cousins 30th birthday early. The service was outstanding, especially when they would refill our coffee. Our food tasted awesome and we were satisfied with everything. I will stop here again the next time I visit my aunt and uncle.

Our go-to place for weekend brunches. Omelets or eggs in every form imaginable are our favorites. Not so the pancakes, though... Staff is very nice and ready to compile you a meal from whatever they have, no matter if its on the menu. Service is fast and they are open pretty much always.

Word from the wise: get here early on the weekends. Though it may look rundown and gross from the outside, the pancakes are to die for and the syrup is out of this world. Get the Betsy Ross or George Washington. We used to go here every weekend in high school. I salivate thinking of FPH

When i paid for my food....the floor manager that took my money and gave me my change, gave me the wrong amount of change. I felt he intentionally did this because i asked if i could charge my phone there, so he was charging me for their electricity....not going there anymore.

Some of the friendliest staff you could ever meet, but the food (for their prices) was slightly off the mark. Pancakes seemed to have sat before presented to me, eggs were probably powdered. But the breakfast meats were AOK. Ill visit again if someone else is paying.

My steak was supposed to be medium well and came out over done and dry, was a tiny piece of steak and the sausage links were bad. Like they were rotten and were cooked. My dad got the hash and it was amazing thats the only reason I put two stars instead of one

Unprofessional, cooks yelling loudly, wait staff sneezing and not covering their mouths, wait staff seen NOT washing their hands in the restrooms. Food just okay, severely lacking for the price. Might have been an off day, but, we will not be returning.

Out of the Family Pancake chain and type of restaurants this one is my favorite! The wait staff is friendly and the food is always great. They have Gluten Free options such as GF pancakes, GF Buns or Toast and my favorite GF Chicken Strips.

Food was pretty good, though a bit dry around the edges like it sat in a warmer for a few minutes too long. Service was quick and mostly friendly, unless you ask for too many favors. Good selection, big portions. Id come back again.

We enjoy going here. Its a quiet family restaurant with a good senior menu selection and other specials. It has a full menu: Sandwiches, salads, dinners as well as great breakfast menu. Service.is always efficient and friendly.

Wont be going back. The food was alright and the pancakes were good, but 2.50 for a coffee? I didnt even ask for it, he just poured it. Then the mens bathroom had feces on the seat and every stall wasnt flushed. Disgusting.

First time there and it was good. A few step above IHOP. Can get busy. Staff are friendly and service is good. Food, wow, very tasty as well. If Im ever in the area again for breakfast, Ill be sure to eat there.

We go there all the time. It is family run, very friendly, with down-home basic good food, a great senior menu, and the grand kids always ask to go there when they visit.
