El lugar es agradable. Varios detalles de este lugar. 1. No esta tan cerca a la interestatal (hay opciones que no requiere desviarse tanto). 2. Tardaron mucho en servirnos. 3. Al parecer la comida no estaba recien hecha. He comido en otros restaurantes de la misma cadena con una experiencia muy diferente (mejor). No se que pasó.

The owner refuses to purchase a new PA system. Its impossible for staff to correctly hear orders right now because the sound quality is so poor, so its very common to get the wrong meal at the drive through. The staff are extremely polite about fixing the mistakes caused by the horrible sound system, but it adds a huge wait and sometimes Ill just accept the wrong meal because it would take too long for them to redo it. Very polite staff, very fast and positive, but until the drive through audio system is updated, this place isnt worth going to unless you plan on going inside.

theres only one girl here that gets my order right everytime and doesnt ask me to repeat my order 5x. THANK YOU! YOU ARE AMAZING. And she gives my order with ALWAYS a smile on her face! However on most times, Im not sure if its the headset but its a struggle for them to understand what is being ordered even if you enunciate every word 5x. Depending on what day. The food looks either glorious or was just slapped together covered and then crunched together. Would still come here though.

This is Far and Away the worst Jack in the Box location I have ever been to. 15 to 20-minute drive through times are the norm, and the last time I went through, I had to repeat my order three times and the girl still would not understand. Afterwards she just went silent through multiple "hello?" and "are you there?" attempts. What a disgrace. Spend your money elsewhere.

This Jack in the Box fell a bit below my expectations - its dirtier, slower, and has less courteous staff than most other locations Ive visited. Food doesnt really taste any better or worse, with the exception that they put mustard on my order when I specifically requested it be omitted, but Im not entirely sold on who was preparing it, nor how it was prepared.

Ive been to JackNThe Box hundreds of times over the years. One typically knows what they are going to get. On this most recent visit, I experienced 3 different negative experiences. 1. The person who took out order was unpleasant. 2. One of the hashbrowns in our order was way over cooked. 3. The mens bathroom was filthy.

The Mexicans /Hispanics that work there were making fun of me and calling me names in their language. I know Whites American and I know how to speak Spanish fairly well. I did not say anything to cause problems but I will never come back to this Jack in the Box in Issaquah ever again.

Jack is Back!! I know your are wondering how a fast food place gets a 5 star rating, but some a really better than others. This location seems to prepare the food to match the photos in the ads. They just try harder.

Just bought 3 jumbo Jacks and 4 tacos with a drink and didnt realize until I got home I only got one freaking sandwich my tacos and drink. And I have called twice and nobody is answering with no receipt given.

Its ok.. I mean, its a JIB that appeared to be short handed and took a while to get the food. Lets be honest though, you go to JIB for cheap food and not for the spectacular service.
