I was the only person at the counter, although I believe there were customers in the drive thru. It took awhile for someone to wait on me even though 3 different people saw me. All I ordered was a milkshake. It turned out that the machine was empty. While I was waiting I had the opportunity to view the kitchen area. There was a lot of garbage and food on the floor. I even saw one employee deliberately kick some food under the fryer. The whole time I was there no other customers came to the counter. The employees were standing around talking and laughing pretty loud, but no one was cleaning. This took place on February 8, 2017 at approx. 5:20pm. I left at 5:55pm. Lake Stevens store.

Usual Jack in the Box sometimes of leaving at things sometimes they work sometimes you can hear me on the speaker sometimes you cant believe they have a 1st menu before you have to order on the main menu on the drive thru

Built over the old DQ, and its a great improvement. Standard J-box meals, though it comes with standard high school kid service. Still, a good choice for a quick bite.

Went to drive thru for milkshake... paid, then watched my milkshake being made, then had to wait to get it for clerk to take other orders before she handed it to me!

Friendly staff, good consistency in food quality. ut like any other Jack, expect to wait 5-10 minutes for your food.
