Never coming back! Went with my family to Mothers Day. Opted for the buffet. No plates were available. The omelette bar was never staffed. I asked the kitchen staff first tortillas for the fajitas and never received one. I asked for the manager who told me my bill would not be adjusted because I had eaten some of the few available items

Poor service, asked to move tables which they gladly did however when I asked for another glass of iced tea because the glasses they use are meant for toddlers, I was told that I would need to open another check for a refill. Wait staff never returned to the table after I questioned it. Will never give them another dime

I came here not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the chipotle chicken on the suggestion of the waiter. I ordered it extra spicy and was very pleased. They kept the chips and salsa coming. The portions are large so unless youre very hungry be prepared to take some food home.

We have been coming here for years just returned from touring 7 States been gone 7 months, nobody makes better chili rellenos then our friends here in Puerto Vallarta and their flans are outstanding best we have found. Staff is excellent always friendly great for big get togethers as well.

From living in TX for the last 20+ years, its not Tex-Mex. More traditional Mexican food. We came early for dinner. Wasnt bad, and wasnt outstanding. Large selection of plates and large portions. Family is from Puyallup and have eaten here for many years and never had any complaints.

Went in for lunch Service was slow, bartender was too busy flirting with customers to bring out our food it was luke warm when we did get it. Bathrooms werent the cleanest. Refills on drinks were also slow. I dont know if they were short staffed for lunch, but not my favorite.

We eat at Mexican restaurants often. This is not one we will be returning to. Over priced and food was not great at all.The staff was very friendly. First time we have ever had a childs plate handed to us piping hot. My son burnt himself.

Ordered 1 giant Margarita and 2 chicken quesadillas. Found MULTIPLE bones in both of our quesadillas and it took us 20 minutes just to order our food and another 15 to get our tab and wait for change. Back to el toro for us!

It is ok, the food is not authentic in anyway. It reminds me of the typical Americanized Mexican food I had as a kid. Thier drinks are awesome though, they come in those gigantic glasses. There is also plenty of seating.

My family has been coming here for ever 34 years. The recipes have been the same over the years, and the hot sauce is hot and amazing. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant and we always enjoy coming here.

Horrible experience food was terrible pork was nasty and dry. Chimichanga so stuck to the plate i had to scrape it off. My wife js sick today after eating there last night. Nothing good about this place.

Great friendly staff, although if youre looking for authentic, you gotta go elsewhere. Very pan-american, but you can still find youre run of the mill taco salad, enchiladas and burritos.
