Ive been going to Jamba Juice very often now and every time I go in the morning a lot of times the doors are not open when it should be. The manager is also very rude and doesnt pay attention to whats going on. I had gone in one morning and I was waiting for someobe to help me order but instead they all just stood there like they didnt notice me there and this is including the store manager. And this was not the first time. I thought it was just a one time thing but a lot of mornings when I go in, it continues to happen and I think soneone needs to put a stop to it. Customers spend their money here and they should get good service and get what they pay for. Very disappointed in this stores value of customers, especially the manager.

Jamba JUICE? Everytime I come in you cant make the smoothie that I like. The juicer at this location has been "broken" for months. I ordered 3 different smoothies before they said they could make it. You have a seasonal on the menu that you cant even make. I dont understand why you guys are still on business. The staff is rude, and you cant even sell smoothies that represent your name. I wont be coming back.

Ordered 2 freshly squeezed juice (Great Greens 16 oz and Citrus Kick 16 oz). Since it was near closing time, they gave me 2 smoothies, which sucked and was not freshly squeezed but blended. I have had freshly squeezed juice before at other location and its nothing like this. It cost me $14. If you are closing the store and dont want to serve, then dont charge people for same juice. Worst experience ever.

Overall this Jamba Juice is great. But they frequently open later than their posted hours of operation and my husband went on a Saturday morning at 8:30am and they hadnt opened their doors when their posted hours are 8am. He flagged someone down inside and they said sorry we dont open till 9am. Please update your hours if this is the case and please ask your employees to open on time.

This Jamba Juice location is consistent with the others, which is one of the better traits of a large chain store. The service was friendly and quick, and they have a little bit of outdoor seating where you can sit on a nice day and enjoy your drink. Its right next door to a Panda Express, if youre hungry as well.

I just paid $7 for a watery smoothie with chunks in it. The girls working today clearly need some more training. They were also not friendly at all and were rude when I didnt know I needed to sign a receipt with no signature spot on it. Wont be back I have only had a few good experiences here.
