I have never had service like this at a red robin. 1st my waitress walked past us about 5 times before taking our order once order was taken we revived the wrong soda and sat 45 minutes without receiving our food. I also asked the waitress if we could order an appetizer about 20 minutes in due to having three toddlers with us to be told that it was not possible there were also items on the ground that four diffrent staff had walked passed and not picked up I ended up picking up the item in the isle so no one would trip on it. My family proceded to wait another ten minutes than decided to leave the establishment it was not a very busy night as well. I will not be returning to this location again.

I have never met the MEANEST hostess. As I walked up she was arguing with the party before me rolling her eyes and everything. So being understanding, I gave her a smile and told her my party size she was speaking rudely in such an irritating tone. Definitely not a welcoming person at all. I came in on Sunday the 30th at 3 with no welcoming from STACI (on her name tag, darker skinned, with braids). If you cant handle a busy day, then find a new JOB. I seen another hostess upset with her as well as the party before me. Staci needs to be fired.

My wife & I dont get to eat out very often... Disappointed in the service we received today... The hosts were rude and in a hurry... The service was honestly even worse... Apparently the kitchen lost our ticket which would have been no problem ordinarily... Our server didnt apologise, didnt notify us, never told us anything... Waited & waited... Food finally arrived with no apology... No discount was given or even offered... Wont be back... This isnt a representation of Red Robin as a whole...

We sat at the bar side, it it was only one waitress and bartender/waitress because she helped us. We got two kinds of burgers, one was with arugula and dried tomatoes and another one with bacon and caramelized onions and cheese. We shared with each other just to taste both flavors and my daughter she liked more with bacon, I liked another one. Overall wasnt bad, but not perfect for Gourmet burger, and portions were little small.

Really upset with not only waiting at least 40 minutes for food, but getting the wrong order entirely. There were people who got seated considerably later than us that got their food before us. I even remember placing our order before this table arrived. I dont understand why they got better service other than they had a different server. Really not impressed with this location. Id rather drive to Factoria or something.

Got horrible service. The waitress spilled some drinks on my wife and its also got my son. I know it was an accident but for us to ask for a discount, that was the worst. Why should I ask for a discount when my wife and son go wet by the waitress. But If I wasnt of race I would of got my whole bill covered. Not going again back to that restaurant thats for sure

They take SOOOOOOOO long here its ridiculous. Youve phone orders taking over 45 minutes and bar area. The fry portions are stupid small and the basket that I ordered BEFORE my food got their AFTER I had finished my meal. They also crowd the tables at the bar so close and have a ton of useless clutter on them.

Slow seating!! While waiting for a 30 minute wait, I can currently see 10 tables that are empty and clean. Desiree the hostess is refusing help from other employees to seat tables. The lack of attention, and her rude attitude make me and my whole party (of 4) never want to go to any Red Robin again!!

This restaurant offers the typical "Red Robin" experience. The food is decent. The atmosphere is pretty chill. It always seems clean. And servers seem hit or miss. If you are looking for a moderately priced burger and fries in a clean, chain restaurant, you will probably leave satisfied.

Love Red Robins.. but not this one! Waited over 20 minutes for our one appitizer, got it.. but with no plates. Received our food. Husband ordered Auju Dip. They forgot the dip, and his sandwich was so soggy that he could only eat half. Love Red Robins.. but wont be back to this one.

Chicken Caprese Burger is AWESOME! Very generous with the fresh mozzarella cheese. Pay the extra 79cents and get the sweet potato fries but ask for honey mustard to dip them in. Service is great. Sat in the bar and was served by Clark Kent, hes quite the SUPER SERVER!

Pretty solid red Robin experience. It feels like a newer location and the place is clean. The staff is attentive and helpful food is fantastic my burger came out looking like it does on the menu. Great place for a burger and bottomless fries for a reasonable price.

I like Red Robin, but this one sucks. They were missing two parts (clam strips, coleslaw) from my to-go order. By the time we got it home, we werent going back out. I get the coleslaw missing, but no clam strips? First and last time ordering from this one.

Normally this place is good but this time it took 45 minutes to get my food . I got a French dip and it came soggy , there was a hair in my food and I was less than impressed . The waitress was very nice but I will not be returning to this location.

Well, well, well not a great experience here. Took 45 minutes to get our food and it was not a raging Saturday. Half the place was empty and our waitress pretty much ignored the things we asked for. Sad representation of a decent Corporation.

This is what you expect from Red Robin. Solid consistent service in line with their chain. Weve been to this location four or five times now and the service has been good every time. Weve never had a problem with our food. Always good.

I have no problem with the food. The food is great but one of the waitress was so disrespectful and rough, she was throwing our bill on the table and did not listen the orders. I was disappointed by her action. Very poor customer service.

Customer service has gone waaaaay down hill! And theyre pay at the table system is always failing and the staff makes you feel like its your cards fault instead of theyre system until you call your bank and find out its on red Robins end!

The guys loved the burgers with an egg on them, and the Voodoo fries were good. Very nice staff, and a sundae offered for our teens birthday. They were great with us lingering after our meal to watch the game.

Terrible service.. incredibly rude server in the Bar area.. my wife and I moved tables to the dinning area where we were treated much better.. Food is great as always. Dont bother seating in the Bar area.

Awesome service! Tammy was our server and she kept our drinks and fries full! Always checking if we needed anything. Food tasted great, truthfully a great deal! Definitely coming back!
