This is the worse jack in the box I have ever been to. And its not just one time. Ive been to this Location several times. The service is slow. well at least at the drive through. I havent been inside. You always have to wait at the intercom. then after a couple of minutes they take your order. then you pull up. and you have to wait behind another vehicle that been waiting several minutes for hes meal. By the time I get to the window on average a good 7minutes has gone by. and to top that off. after waiting patiently. the food still isnt ready still. you pay and wait at the window. on average my wait time is about 10 to 15min. Their always at least one car ahead of me. and there orders dont seem to be that big from what I see coming out the window. Ya, and they got me with the BS Sour cream yesterday. "Would you like sour cream with that? "Sure" I say. then they tag on that 49 cents. who charges for sour cream? But after waiting a quarter of an hour. I have to say 9 time out of 10 the food is good.

EDIT: A few days ago I left a poor review because of a bad experience. Today a very nice lady took our order named Stephanie. She was fantastic and we were shocked at how well she was doing. This lady single handedly restored my faith in this particular store. The girl a few days ago was sighing and using poor tone asking "Annnnnyyyythiiing elllsee for youuu?" Making us feel like a burden for ordering 2 meals and some sides and the cook was yelling. Idk what happened, maybe those people had a bad day or just were let go. Thank you Stephanie for a pleasant experience. Please give this woman a PAY RAISE for her OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

I ordered my usual cheesy potato wedges, which Ive ordered for years from various locations; and wa refused a complimentary sour cream as I ALWAYS had received previously. This after waiting in the drive thru line for 7 minutes! The "manager" informed me that it would cost .59 cents for a free pack of sour cream. Ridiculous! Big attitude problem, poor service, cheap owners trying to make money off everything! Oh, theyre even too cheap to give me napkins!

If you get your order fresh its great. Very often though you dont and you will find the fries to be cold and the food to be made slopily. Ive complained several times to the owner but they seem to think that by giving you a free taco or a free order of fries it will make it better. I would rather have them actually work on fixing the quality of their product.

This place is a disaster. Food is completely inconsistent. two bacon Swiss burgers, one missing cheese, the other drenched in their butter sauce. A literal pool of grease. One order ahead of ours, eat in, took way too long. Plus parking lot is a connector to other businesses and people race through. I would definitely NOT take kids here!

I was trying figure out why it was hard to bite through the chicken club sandwich, turns out there was a layer of skin (see picture), gross. Not that I dont eat chicken skin, just dont expect it in a fast food sandwich, minimum wage went up to $11 in WA , and fast food industry leading the chart to $15, Im very disappointed.

Avoid this place! Ordered a Swiss burger and it came with no cheese. Asked for another one that came drenched in butter on a soggy bun. Asked for manager who didnt seem willing to listen. She left without acknowledging the issue and came back with cash refunding my order.

Never buy the Breakfast Jack.....how they came up with that and sell it is mind boggling returned IT!!! Got a chicken sandwich. Not awful but for a way better price and better tasting sandwich go to WENDYS ....Better value at WENDYS.

Ive eaten here a few times, and every single time, theres something negative. Orders have been wrong more than once, soda is flat and out of syrup..just crap establishment with employees that obviously dont care. Wont be back.

Out of all the fast food joints on this strip, JITB is the best by far! I agree with the last poster, the night crew is amazing! Always fast and friendly! If they keep it up ill keep going!

Curley fries are superior to the regular cut fries.In fact Jack in the box regular cut fries are the weak link in the whole menu. There I said it. Jack, time to step up your game.
