This location has very rude staff and basically laughed in my face when I asked for a dozen doughnuts and told me they didnt have any doughnuts left. How can a doughnut shop be out of doughnuts at 8 am? I got a cheese and spinach pastry and they couldnt even warm it up. For two cold pastries and a small drip coffee I paid $9, which I think is overpriced. I am extremely disappointed because I am not a regular Top Pot customer and I will definitely never come back, at least to this location.

$3 for a doughnut? I wanted to like this place more, because its quite the local staple, but for the money I could get 3 doughnuts at the QFC a block closer to where I live, and I cant tell the difference in quality... Tried 2 or 3 different doughnuts. They were good, but, you know, not *that* good. I guess Im just a doughnut heathen? Still, the staff was friendly, and my friends rave about the place, so I have to give them some credit.

I love their donuts and their staff has always been pleasant when Ive interacted with them. However, I cant give them a higher rating because their posted hours appear to be wrong. They never seem to be open at 6am on weekdays like they say on the window and on their site. I start work at 6:30am and every once in a while Il stop by on a Friday in the hope that they will be open, but every time they have still been closed.

Im mixed on this place. They generally have good coffee, but the donuts fall somewhere around "much better than Dunkin but not quite top-shelf." The texture is a little too light, and substantially too sweet but the various flavors are generally pretty good. Fine if you need a quick sweet but not quite the hipster dessert power house that I wish they were.

Donuts are not bad, but have sort of a previously frozen taste. Coffee is average at best. Parking is ridiculous for anyone who is averse to door dings. The Top Pot doughnuts from QFC seem to be fresher, are half the price, and you dont have a problem with parking. Plus you can get marginally better Starbucks coffee.

the experience that seeks to answer the question "what does a $3 doughnut taste like?" The answer, just like a $1 donught does after sitting around for the day. How is this shop a thing? Maybe its the starbucks model, jack up the price of something people like and they wont notice it sucks.

Took an awful long time to make a lukewarm mocha with no flavor, probably because the barista didnt steam enough milk and just topped it off with cold milk. Wouldnt go here if youre looking for quality espresso beverages. The baristas pay no attention to quality or detail

The service was nice here, came on a Saturday at around 10 and they were pretty close to being picked clean on doughnuts so make sure you get there early. Plus everying is better when its fresher :)

Quality donuts. Everything seems fresh and my favorite are the old fashioneds. Theyre amazing. They regularly have special flavors - like pumpkin. I havent tried their coffee, but Im sure its fine.

I love the Diplomat Coffee and buy a bag when Im in town. They give you a free hot coffee drink when you buy a bag of beans. We took that in coupons to have for the next morning.

Most doughnuts are a bit on the heavy side for my liking, and standing in line to get a doughnut can be painful if stuck behind someone who thinks Top Pot is Starbucks.
