I am an aficionado of diner breakfast food, so Ive seen a lot of these places, but Ive never seen one in a mall food court before. As soon as I saw it, I told my husband that I would be dining there. I was disappointed that eggs benedict was not on the menu. That is usually my first order at any breakfast-oriented establishment. Instead, I ordered the Kitchen Sink Omelette with pancakes and sausage links. The pancakes were passable. The "omelette" was scrambled eggs, but it was tasty by any name. I didnt realize until after I had left that the sausage never came. The coffee was delicious, but I never got a refill. On any given day, lots of stuff can go wrong. I wont judge them completely by one visit. I will try them again some day, but I am going to be awfully disappointed if my next visit is similar to the first.

I normally dont write negative review, but being in customer service myself, and having worked in many restaurants, this experience infuriated me. I went here on my lunch break, (I work in one of the stores in the mall) and ordered a 3 egg omelet. It took 30 minutes to complete my order with not ONE order in front of me. I can make the exact same order at home in less than 7 minutes. The older guy who was the cook stood around, talking with the staff, and doing whatever. Hed occasionally glance at me and then do something else to my food, and then go back to wasting time. The omelet was $11 dollars, and tasted like something I would get at Dennys. The cheese wasnt even melted all the way in the center. The customer service was appalling and the food was sub-par. Not going back.

Wow! The owner wouldnt let me sit at his booth to wait 10mins before he opened at 4:30. Then at 4:40 he walked over to us and said he wont take our order because his wife wasnt there yet and asked us to leave his booth. Unbelievable how he can be so rude! All the people waiting left they were so angry including us!

I ordered a philly. A philly is a roast beef sandwich with mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and swiss. I got a freaking onion sandwich! Barely and roast beef, which was chopped into tiny pieces. Big dry bun. Salad was crap. Daughter ordered biscuits and gravy. Very heavy on the flour. Will never come back.

Food is decent, but not great by any means. Good for a quick meal or snack. They have a huge menu with everything ranging from waffles to steaks, so there will probably be something to please everyone.

The steak and eggs are incredible. They recently started cutting their own steaks so they are always tender and delicious. Get it with the hashbrowns and the english muffin and you will love it!
