Good pizza. decent beer but what happen to this place. I wanted to take my son out for some Pizza and some loud music. Not only was alot more quite than it use to be and it seems like they changed a few different things as far as business goes. Buckets are generic now and seem processed. What happen to the menus? No more album covers? That was one of the fun parts about going there, seeing what album cover you were going to get. Volume is more of a hipster style restaurant now and not like the way it originally was. The menu itself seems to have gotten small but it has a few extra things on there that werent previously. I dont know, my over all experience was okay. Service was very basic but the pizza was really good.

Place was dead and my family of four stood by for 5 minutes waited for the hostess to stop flirting with people in the bar. Then as she prepares to seat us a carry out order arrives for pick up and she tells us to stand bye while she cashes out the take out order. The place is dark and slimy. The floors were greased enough to skate across. Was not a good impression and would not recommend to families after this experience. Overall the decor is cheesey.

Good-Bye Rock Pizza.. Tonight I learned the reason for the "Rock" in your name, it is the cloverleaf rocks served with the pasta. Note to chef.. yeast rolls should rise before baking. Pasta was a greasy sloppy mess and the garlic bread had very little garlic. Service was less than stellar, even though the restaurant was minimally busy. So sad, this has been one of our "go-to" places in the past. We well give it a rest for a while.

There pizza is always delicious. Staff is very friendly and accommodating last time I ate in the wait was a little longer than there predicted wait so they very kindly gave us a free choice of apet. We got the garlic mozz bread. Very good. If you havent had the My Generation yet you are seriously missing out. I used to work at a pizza joint and got really sick of pizza in general. The only place that I never got sick of is the Rock.

The Rock has long been a stand-by for our family for decent pizza and spirits. The decor is pretty jaded and could use an upgrade-the skeleton motif is looking a little 70ish to me. We had noticed a decline in the quality of the pizza over the last couple of years until last night. Apparently this location has been placed under corporate ownership and the pizza last night was really good! What took so long!

This really is the best pizza that can be had anywhere. I have had great pizzas in the 64 years I have been on this earth. This is truly one of the best. Get the Mighty Meaty and you wont be disappointed. A classic pizza. Troy is the manager and he has a great crew. The employees are always cheerful and prompt in taking your order. We have been there over 20 times and always have a great meal.

We stopped in to cure a quick pizza craving. We went into the bar and the bartender/server asked if we wanted our usual "Bad to the bone, with no pepperoni, a strawberry lemonade and a beer?" We looked surprised and said, "yes, how did you remember that?" She said, she just did because we were nice people. Now thats service. We highly recommend stopping here. The food is also great!

Service was sub par. Waitress and other staff fought over stereo volume. Waitress never returned to check up. No intentional gluten free options. Every carb choice had wheat in it. Food was good. Bun less hamburger served on a plate that had a high spot in the middle and would spin when I tried to cut the food with a knife and fork.

In a city that I feel is trying to be like Spokane, WA, it can use some better dining options. All we have been able to find has been chains after chains. While the Rock is a chain, it is a regional chain that does offer good food. They also have a lunch buffet! If you dont have to drive... get the bucket. Just for fun.

We love the Rock. Its our go to place for gourmet pizza. Yeah its a little spendier than other places but you get what you pay for. The service is always great and the quality of the food is also great. Happy hour is also pretty awesome and the ambiance is really cool. All in all its my favorite pizza place hands down.

Service was so bad, the place was filthy. We sat down placed our drink order and 15 mins later after we watched others order and receive drinks We walked out. Prices are up $2.00 to $2.50 a plate...poor service. Manager didnt even seem to care! Stay away....unless you like poor service and over priced food.

The Rock in Puyallup is a great place to go for a consistent excellent experience! All of their staff are friendly, the atmosphere is fantastic, the food is great/fast, and it is like this every single time you go there. Be prepared to wait for a table during peak times, but poach the bar for a no wait spot.

bar tenders here do not know how to make a cocktail drink to save there lives. ordered a burger medium done screwed that to Hell I got a piece of charcoal. Restaurant is not bad but workers there are definitely slacking. literally waited 90 min from when our table was reserved.

Dont order the sharp dresses man sandwich, it was burnt onto the baking sheet and was a really bad cut of steak.... the pizza was plain and missing any flavors! There was an unexplained amount of kids.. I guess people bring their kids to eat crap pizza and over pay for it!

Wow, this place took me by surprise. great pizza, and a fun atmosphere centered around rock music. Lots of TVs and music for entertainment and our service was above average. The atmosphere makes this package great, but the pizza was very good as well. Recommended!

Great food, love the rock theme they have here. Come here often with my wife and kids. I miss the chips they used to have. The only issue is that for a scotch on the rocks it is 12.5, but their beer is great! They have quite a few different varieties.

Great food for a good price. The chips are amazing. The beer on tap is their own craft beer. The place definately screams Rock and Roll. The waitstaff are courteous and attentive. What is better is it does not take long to get your food.

A person in our group was allergic to soy. The manager personally came out to run down all the items on the menu they could have and other options they could do to accomodate. Definately made a repeat customer tonight!

The stuffed mushrooms are amazing & for those of you that are 21+ that drink the bucket drinks are a must try. Not to mention the whole staff along with the decor is kick a$$ too.
