We have been coming here for a long time and for the most part we have had good pizza. This last time we ordered our regular pizzas and 45 minutes later they were delivered. All well and good, but when we started eating our food there was something off and we couldnt put a finger on it. As we ate my wife took a bite and spit it out. It was mold. Two different pizzas with completely different toppings. We came here for years and this was the first time there was a problem so we called to see if they will fix it. They told us that we were lying because we were the only people that called in this time. If we were telling the truth there would be more people calling in. This time? This has happened before and were the liars? Over the phone they told us we were just trying to get the pizza for free so we packed up the rest of the pizza missing the slices that were regretfully consumed and brought it back. They told us that we cant return the pizza just because we didnt like it. In the end. They would not refund us. Its sad. Never going back.

Your pizza tastes good, however after waiting an hour + for delivery my pizza arrived (delivery) my receipt was already signed and had a tip added to it because you had someone else sign it, after you left and I opened it pizza it was also not the pizza I ordered. Your customer service is so damn terrible I didnt even want to deal with you guys anymore. Ill eat what I didnt order.

Didnt get what I ordered. Was told it was my fault. (Two items on menu named butter chicken.) Told me to keep the wrong item that "maybe I would like it". No replacement. No refund. Previous time we ordered the food was not great. Not sure why I gave it a second try. The one in Kent is much better. Never ordering from Federal Way Can Am again.

So the "Kent" and the Can Am pizza is seriously to die for! Big portions awesome salads but the Fedral Way one is NOT like this... the cheesy bread is a joke and so is their tiny little salads... Kent fills the salad container and the cheesy bread is pan deep and covered in cheese. Please Fix your recipes!!! :(

Good pizza and great pizza toppings / options .... Warning english is their second language so be patient and you will get a great pizza / sub / gyro etc ... they deliver to a fairly large area and the pizza is one of the better ones in federal way.

This place rocks! My husband and I are from Chicago and this pizza pass the test. The customer service was awesome and they are open late. We cant wait to go back.......tomorrow! ❤

A very strange place; despite the name "Can Am" it also houses an Indian/Asian/PI store. Although they have some very interesting pizza ideas as a result of this cultural fusion.
