If I could give no stars I surely would. I just came in with my family and was told there would be a 20mins wait for one pepperoni pizza. We were disappointed but fine with settling for a cheese pizza, cheesy bread and bread sticks. We get back home and start to eat....out pizza was rock hard, our cheese bread cheese was extremely hard and the crust was what seemed to be stale. The bread sticks were so over cooked that our kids hard to use both hands to rip a bite off from thier mouths. Totally and completely inexcusable. If I didnt live 10 mins away Id take all my food back, but the garbage it is instead. I will be calling pizza hut and never going back. There was a crew there that made very good food but our entire order was garbage food.

They took 45 minutes to get my order to me. Took others in front of me. Compinsated others but refused to me. Refused managers phone number. Not a real establishment.

Horrible it took 45 min to get 2 pizzas one was burnt and the other was cold I wouldnt suggest going here I called today to complain and they didnt care

They never have anything "hot and ready" if I wanted to wait for a pizza I would order delivery. It would be nice to know the wait before you pay.
