Man I normally dont take the time to write reviews, but where to begin. Me and my significant other have lived across the street from this place for about 5 months now and came here between 10-15 times. It is always the same situation she orders the food, I walk across the street to pick it up. (We live to close to order delivery without looking like lazy scumbags and we would want to tip well despite it being 200 feet away). Where I can understand company policies to protect from financial fraud or monetary losses (8 years at Wells Fargo) at some point you should get to know your customers and their situations and feel comfortable that someone is NOT ripping you off for 31 dollars when you have seen them so many times doing the EXACT same thing. I understand the policies are there for a reason, and I cant stress that enough. The other girls in there are so sweet, and I could tell they were thinking about how ridiculous it was too that after seeing me multiple times, use the same exact card, I was going to be turned away. I had just walked over in the rain so I was ready to just say okay eat the loss then, in fact I did say that. The only person in question is the one in charge who looks highly incapable of smiling under any circumstances. Some kind of cross between The Grumpy Cat and a Frumpy Adele (when she started). At some point you have to decide when to bend your policy for the better of your business. When you spend 99% of your life within 200 feet of them, you would hope they would trust the transaction or at least that they know where to find you in the off chance your are burning a bridge thats next door to you. I dont @#$%@ where I eat nor do I look like a hoodrat or hobo. They are lucky my girlfirend really wanted their pizza enough to go through the trouble of going back over with me because I wanted to make them eat the loss on concept. I will stick to Pizza Guys who at least recognize me after 6 months of doing business and would not jump to assuming im trying to heist a pizza. You wanna take your job seriously thats awesome. Food: 5 stars Other Employees: 5 stars. Manager: Wish I could do half a star. Id give her two for a smile, but that wont happen. I DEFINITELY understand operating next to a ravaging homeless population, as I work at the self storage facility across the street, and have the SAME hoemless people trying to live IN my job. Thank you for your time.

Good pizza ok qualities very dirty Better Business Bureau you need to check this place out I work for another pizza company these are underpaid employees their delivery drivers get $0.50 per delivery / pizza for delivery that is ridiculous for mileage this place under pays all the employees under pays them for everything they have the nastiest business area everywhere theres flies everywhere their food sucks its all contaminated they need to be checked and shut down immediately every driver must be paid for mileage its the law every driver must be paid minimum wage its the law they are underpaid completely and treated like trash and you do not work for free when you are on the clock you work if theyd clock you out before they let you go and continue to work then you are working for free they should be sued and shut down Pacifica pizza you suck get some new owners and some new managers dumbasses a friend of mine used to work there and when she was on the clock until closing shed be there till 1:30 2:30 in the morning closing up shop thats all fine and well but if she was there till 230 in the morning sleeping and cleaning and mopping and all that they would they would clock her out at 1 a.m. even if she was there till 230 or 3 thats an hour to two hours of work for free this is a bum business and they need to be shut down immediately I hope the Better Business Bureau sees this and shut you down

Im on both sides with this place , I order from here VERY frequently !! & they meet my wants sometimes , just ordered a pizza for delivery & it was RAW and doughy. But everytime I pick up the pizza is perfect . Also when I was pregnant with my child I ordered a pizza really early * cravingggs , they were closed But they came & again raw pizza :-/ & raw pepperoni & the pinapples were cold and just thrown on top . *UPDATE .. just got a replacement for my last pizza . Half raw . Smh im switchn up my food joints **signed , a very unhappy customer

As a newcomer to Vallejo, I have been making it my mission to try out the local pizza places. Pacifica Pizza did not disappoint at all. In fact, it is some of the best pizza that I have tried since moving here. The pizza is fairly priced, the large pizza is absolutely huge, and the toppings are flavorful....not your run-of-the-mill bland sausage for this pizza! The phone staff is friendly as are the delivery drivers. They currently have a managers special with a large 2-topping pizza and 2 liter soda for 20 bucks....hard to beat!

Called to order and the woman on the phone was extremely rude I asked for spinach on my pizza. She responded "well we dont have that." I explained that it was on their menu. She said there are different menus at different locations. I then explained to her what locations menu I was ordering from but told her it was okay. She responded well I said we dont have it. I told her I didnt like her attitude and didnt feel safe ordering from their.

This pizza is SO DELICIOUSLY GOOD!! Worth the price, but they dont deliver to all parts of vallejo. The service was good, but it looked like there was only one person working there. It must be difficult taking and cooking all orders (a good test of the employees patience, so I hope they get paid well). This business can be so much more with better planning and staffing.

Every time I order from Pacifica Vallejo when the pizza is delivered it is floppy and uncooked, I always have to have the oven preheated to finish cooking when it arrives. Not only that but the order is never correct! Unfortunately, there is just NO GOOD DELIVERY PIZZA IN VALLEJO!!

We ordered here while staying at the Howard Johnson nearby. The pizza was delicious and the delivery was fast. When we got our food it was too hot to touch...pretty impressive for delivery! Reasonable prices and the delivery driver was friendly.
