This place sucks. First, you have an entrance and an exit. You have people coming into the exit cutting in front of FIVE CARS, LIKE WE HAVENT WAITED ENOUGH. Than, when I tell them this at the speaker they say they refuse to serve me. So now Im stuck.in the drive through waiting to leave. I get to the window ask nicely to order and have the money in my hand she shuts the window IN MY FACE... I had to drive all the way up the hill to get food for my boy... A BIG WASTE OF TIME BY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE !!!! ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT DO NEGATIVE.

Horrible been there twice to make sure wasnt a fluke the first time. Both times we have been missing items. Or have different items then some of what we ordered. Also we have only used the drive thru which is very very slow. First time they werent busy but took 15 mins in drive thru. Second time. Very busy was a hot day. So riding in a/c. But took us 40 mins (no kidding ) to get thru the drive thru. And the only reason we stayed was we couldnt get out after you are in line. You cant pull out if someone is behind you.

I ordered a big order I went up to pay and they said that I was being rude when I was ordering I would suggest driving outta your way than going there. There coustermer service is horrible every time I go there I have to repeat me order and I have to deal with punk kids my star rating is none I do love taco Bell but the one in downtown puyallup is horrable

Dude! Ive never sat in a fast-food restaurant where the guy cleaning up asks how my food is. Also, the counter service people are very friendly, complimenting customers, etc. This TB location is on another level.

Probably one of the cleanest Taco Bell locations between here and Norfolk, VA. The staff are pleasant and responsive to customer requests. The food takes a little longer to get out but it is worth it.

Service was pretty slow, even when we only ordered on item. The drive-thru is pretty cramped and a right turn. Food was alright. Dont know what the inside looks like, but its a pretty small building.

We ordered 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos they were so sloppy juicey that they soaked right threw the wraper, not fun in a car!! The first 80 deg. day and their juice machine did not work.

Fast food is fast food. Its not a gourmet restaurant. With that being said, William is actually a really nice guy, and super friendly. Everytime Ive gone there I havent had an issue!
