my wife and i came here to pick up food for our family.. aside from the nice cashier guy, it took them 10 minutes to complete our order... upon getting in the car, wife realized they forgot a burger and gave us the wrong one. the one drive thru girl ( i was a walk in but she came to conplain at us ) gave us attitude about ME getting free food. No, its called you forgot one. the Texas Whopper was NOT a Texas Whopper, just a cheap Whopper thrown together. The Basic Bacon Whopper had Jalapenos in it ( nearly burning my dads mouth, he does not do spicy ). and one of the sandwich type burgers made me sick. we will never return, there are superior burger kings elsewhere. also...the place was a mess.

I go here occasionally during my lunch break since I work right across the street. But my husband just went to get my friends and I a milkshake and forgot to order something for our kids...but when he asked to add to his order they said no. No add ons and no double ordering. One order per car. He would have to go around and go through the line again or go inside. There was no one in line behind him and they still refused to let him order chicken nuggets for our children! Debbie was the "managers" name and she was just awful. Told them to take their time making the milkshakes and talked back to my husband. Never going there again. He got chicken nuggets at McDonalds across the street

I am so tired of going out to eat and it doesnt matter where it is, Customer Service doesnt exist. I went to the Federal Way Burger King location tonight and by the time I got home, once again, my order was wrong. So my protein for the night was french fries? And I should hope that you will change the "I dont give a flying rats a$$ if you got what your ordered. Be grateful you got food." attitude. WTG. I will be bringing the food ordered tonight back and will expect a full refund, and I will definitely NOT go back there. It doesnt matter to me how much free food you offer, its not going to change the customer service or "Customer Care" as you put it. Thanks BK.

Very poor disorganized service. Poorly staffed. The person working the drive thru was also working the counter, she was really trying hard, but sandwiches were being hurriedly thrown together. I never use the drive thru here because my order is usually wrong. I had to return my breakfast sandwich today because half of the ingredients were missing, and the one I got back and ate was cold straight from the back, although the bacon was burnt. Ive eaten at BK in perhaps 15+ states, and this is the worst. Wish there was another BK around here to try.

Absolutely horrible service. It took over 15 minutes to get through the drive through, and when I got home they didnt even give me the right burger! I called to tell them and they demanded I drive 15 minutes back to the store, with the food, since they neglected to give me a receipt. When I told them this was unacceptable, the manager (or someone named Heather) whined about it and then HUNG UP ON ME! Completely rude, unprofessional, juvenile. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN

I originally ordered the 2 for $10 with Casey who was the sweetest. They had a new menu item up which she didnt mind explaining. Went back to order some more but a woman named Debbie Garcia had a horrible attitude. I believe she is a manager but her demeanor was so disgusting I was ready to cancel the order & leave. Only reason I didnt is because the order was for a different person other than myself.

They made me wait at the menu/intercom for a few minutes before telling me their boiler was shut down, so no more burgers even though they are supposed to be open for another 25 minutes. While waiting, cars lined up behind me, do I couldnt back out. I had to wait for the cars in front of me to clear. What a waste of time. This isnt the first time its happened.

They had red stuff on my bag and looked like blood i called and ask thm had anyone got a cut there and they had me on hold for like 15min so i went up there and i could hear them saying stuff about me and the manager just said it was syrup and ask me did i need anything out the bag that had red stuff on it smh worst place ever -5 stars

The order taker/cashier was the exact opposite of what you want in a csr. I had a coupon I wanted to use and he acted pissed about it. Plus I had to repeat my order several times. Once I finally got the food, the "csr" didnt even say anything. He just threw the bags at me basically. And after all that the hash browns were cold

The worst in the area by far. The employees are rude my order is constantly wrong and their card system is down all the time. Which I know isnt their fault but they dont ever put a sign out or anything so you find out at the window or after youve been stuck in line. I cannot wait until they are replaced by kiosks.

I spent twenty mins in line and got home to find my food wasnt all there. instead of offering me a freebie for my wasted time they complained they were understaffed. I totally understand being understaffed but I am absolutely irritated with how rude they were. not impressed at all.

Hard to hear order taker. Sounded like she was drunk. Mumbled only and did not speak clearly! Got to the last qi did finally after being asked to wait until waved forward.....a lady presented my order in bags correctly and coughed over both bags multiple times. Not happy!!

This is the second time in 2 months that I have ordered the Texas double whopper and got just a plain double whopper with no cheese. The worker quality in this Burger King is worthless and hopeless. They cant seem to ever get it right.

I had an impressive experience- my cashier gave eye contact and polite language and there was no wait at the counter at noon. The food was fresh and not sloppily assembled. Will be back!

Workers were SOOO RUDE.WANTED TO TALK TO MANAGER BUT ONCE MY CHANGE WAS GIVEN I WAS IGNORED. AND TO ToP IT OFF I WAS GIVING THE WRING RECEIPT. SO PISS OFF. WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE.

The service here is fast and efficient. The drink machine is awesome. The fries are moderately passable. Unfortunately, the burgers taste like they were grilled over a gasoline fire.
