In the past 6 months I have eaten at this location probably 25-30 times and have never been impressed with the food quality or the service quality. Today has been my final experience with this location and I will NEVER return. At 6am this morning I pull into the drive-thru behind another vehicle who sat there for about 4 minutes at the speaker to order, then that car drove around the building and left while I pulled up to the speaker. Nobody there...??? I repeatedly spoke up saying "HELLO... is anybody there...???" and after about 4 minutes I drove around to the window. Inside I could see somebody walking around but she would not look my direction even after I honked the horn several times. As I drove off I noticed the vehicle that was behind me was still sitting there waiting for someone to take their order. This is ridiculous and there are too many other options for me to put up with it, so... goodbye BK... Ill spend my money where I can get good food and good service.

I wish I could give a zero star.. the employees are very rude specially the "manager" if I can call her that, we went on drive thru order 5 different meals got home and found out 1 meal was missing and one hamburger was very soggy, called to complaint the "manager NOT VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED hangs up on me, went back and as I was explaining my self she talked over me and refused to give me my money back claiming I had taken a bite on the SOGGY hamburger and shut the window on my face, and left me there. Seriously?? if this is the way a "manager" handles their mistakes I can already imagine the rest of the employees, I WISHED I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE . No way Im coming back here or any other Burger King, I made sure all my family and friends are aware of this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY by eating or ordering here.

WATCH OUT FOR AN ISLANDER FEMALE HER NAME IS SEGUNDA DANIELLE OR ELA. She incompleted my order. I drove back to get a refund after she hung up on me while I was politely explaining the situation . When I arrived she said she could only give a refund for SOME of my order because some of the food was partially eaten. And after that she threw away the food that was partially eaten it was unfair she threw away my food and still didnt refund me for it. I told her to remake the food she threw away and instead ignores me and said she has the right to refuse my order. This is the most unprofessional establishment Ive ever come across. They constantly mess up my orders and when you try to call them on the phone, they have the nerve to take it off the hook so no calls will go through! If you happen to get someone to answer, they almost always hang up on you or rudely tell you theres nothing they can do! Any other food place is gonna MAKE IT RIGHT!!! They have the worst customer service and the manager shouldnt even be one with the way things are being ran there. NOT HAPPY!!!!

This place sucks. The blonde manager lady is very rude. No customer service here at all. Food always made so incorrectly and they never answer their phones and they never do anything about it. Avoid at all costs. Jack in the box right next door is way better. No one here knows what theyre doing and I cannot believe the level of disrespect this lady has for all her customers. I used to like burger king, good sales and coupons. Used to let you substitute items to "have it your way". Now every time I go to this location there is an issue whether it be the always milk like dr. Pepper shake or not allowing a simple substitute on a coupon. Not to mention the crappy service in which they deliver it.so Id like to say you guys can sure start someones day off wrong.

Worst customer service ever I ordered $22 worth of food three meals and they gave me two sauce I asked for extra and they complained and told me that it would be $0.25 a piece extra that only the first two are free I cant believe that they would take my $22 but couldnt afford a couple extra sauce. What happened to customer service to top it off they got my order wrong as well

Had some really bad food from this Burger King my house got broken into and the girl that does drive-thrus shes black Im pretty sure they broke into my apartment and stole my TV and my xbox one food made me very sick from this stupid place Burger King does not know who they employee bad people gave me the wrong food then kept calling up there hang up in my face

I went here on 1-15-17 through the drive thru and theyre food was so old, our food was dry and pasty. I will never go spend my money there ever again. Not only our food was old, the customer service sucked. Should have went to jack in box next door.

Very rude customer service. The lady at the window kept interrupting us when we asked for a minute. And when we got to the window she gave us attitude and so did her manager. I will be going to a different one from now on.
