The ONLY reason theyre getting 2 stars, is because the actual ice cream was good. The rest of our time spent there was RIDICULOUS. Never have I gone to any establishment, that had 3 people on the clock and only one helping customers while 8 people waited in line. The only girl who was making ice cream (jamie, black hair) was clearly new, because she was reading recipes to make the items. Thats not the problem. The problem, that the 2 other employees were chit chatting and laughing away just STANDING behind the counter doing NOTHING. While the lime continued to grow, the male working (tall, kinda chubby, dark rimmed glasses) decides thats the perfect time to wipe down the (already clean!) Tables. Customer service lacks at this location. Had I had any cash on me, I wouldve tipped JUST the girl making EVERYONES ice cream whole these 2 love birds did nothing. Very unprofessional. We waited about 30 minutes before we actually go to order our ice cream. I can guarantee, had the other 2 people jumped in and helped, that could have at least been cut in half. I feel sorry for that girl who has to work with the other 2 people.

Stopped in today to cool off with my son on a hot Friday afternoon, the place was full but the people in line were friendly and the few minute wait passed quickly, just enough time to marvel at all the flavors and options and for the two of us to decide on our chosen indulgence. When we got to the counter we were helped by Melissa, even in the middle of the rush she was cheerful and pleasant, she new just how to fix my sons ice cream so he would be happy and the car would stay reasonably clean, and she was polite and professional throughout.

Cold stone is no doubt the best ice cream in town! Love it. Sometimes the wait is over 10 minutes at busy rushes, the only thing they could do better is figure out how they are going to handle the line. First two workers will help one group of people, then when I come up with my group one worker helps us, making the people behind us get done first...make up your mind are you taking one customer up at a time or is each worker helping a seperate group??

Kellie Colleen Cox, is a despicable creature, who cheated with my husband (another despicable creature), while her husband, Kevin, was out of town, multiple times. She knows my husband is married with 4 kids, what a selfish pigs you are, you deserve each other. You also deserve to go out of business, you didnt even care about your own children. You are on the express way to Hell, you are a disgusting piece of filth.

Terrible business man. Im a sign installer / technician and two of the companies Ive worked for, he hasnt paid. He asks for service, but never pays. If i came in there and got ice cream then left, thats criminal. But what he is doing he thinks is right. #boycotcoldstone

I love this cold stone. The staff are so nice, never had a problem with any of the staff. They always accept my coupons, Ive been to other cold stones and they always have find something wrong with the coupon. They are clean, fast, and like I said they are nice.

I think Cold Stone Creamery is a very good ice cream place because I went there and there was so much ice creams to choose from and so much candies to choose from to put in your ice cream I think its a great ice cream place.

First the store smelled like spoiled milk so bad! To top it off after finishing making my order for kids. He forgot everything he made. ugh.. Couldnt even finish eating our icecream. DISGUSTING! Way overpriced! Never again.

This is a great store at a great location! Just walk out of the theatre and you step into the store for a specialty ice cream. It is close to the new Total Wings restaurant too! Always clean, always friendly.

Who doesnt like ice cream? During the summer at the lanes can be a little bit long but they always move quickly. As in any Cold Stone the service is friendly and fast the ice cream is yummy.
