Overall the cupcakes were good. The chocolate was moist and flavorful. The white birthday cake cupcake had zero flavor and the top was hard, as if it was over baked, but the bottom part was moist. The buttercream frosting was the issue for me. It tasted like butter with sugar whipped together (no milk or vanilla, etc); some bites tasted like pure butter, others tasted like pure white sugar (not powdered but standard white). The buttercream on the birthday cake cupcake was gritty, while the buttercream on the chocolate was smooth. The price was about what I expected in comparison to other bakeries or cupcake shops.

Last year I gave 5 stars! Used you guys twice for amazing experiences. I came back this year for another large order and sad to say my experience was not even close to the same. All my info was lost in your rewards system, there were no more packages for events, was told NO bulk discounts or deals, so I used Google and found a Groupon and used it for one of the dozens and was told NO customization since I used the Groupon. I was disappointed to say the least and drove a good distance to have an experience that was sub par to previous ones.

These guys are awesome!!! Customer service: A+ Product: A+ Price: A+ Kari and her team did the cupcakes for our wedding. They were on time and set up everything as promised and made it so i did not even have to think about this on the day of. Everything was beautiful and i HIGHLY recommend them! They even called twice the week before to make sure everything i needed and wanted was confirmed. Thats what i call customer service!

Whoa! Those mini-cupcakes went over so well at Tacoma Executives Association. Most people were choosing the red velvet cupcakes until I tried a lemon one and passed the word along Soon everyone was taking one of each. Th lemon cupcake had a remarkable tang. The moist cake and the incredible icing were such a great combination and our members still enjoyed the red velvet with the vanilla icing, too! Ill be back for more,

So happy that they have expanded!! Now they are a full cafe, with espresso drinks, other breakfast treats (house made scones, local bagels) desserts (cheesecakes and cookies) and of course a full spectrum of amazing cupcakes!! My latte was great. Drive through or eat in, this is a great addition for Puyallup!

Great people, awesome service, amazing cupcakes. Top notch catering for weddings and special events. The best around that Ive tried, and Ive tried alot.... lol. Look for their new drive thru space in the same complex opening in September 2016. New menu items, and COFFEE!!

They made the mini cupcakes for our wedding. Absolutely delicious, and such unique flavors! Everyone loved them. Pro tip: sign up for the rewards program and get rewards with purchase. We had enough after our first two payments to get a percentage off and saved $15.

I really wish I had never stopped in here...because now Ive gone two days in a row. Ive been to a lot of the major cupcake stores- Gigis, sprinkles, DC Cupcake. These are on par with DC- although the salted caramel might edge them above

All the cupcakes are good but you cant go wrong with the birthday cupcake. So good! I also love their pizza bagel with garlic cream cheese. I drive out of my way for this bagel! They also have very friendly service.

They didnt have very many cupcakes and the ones I purchased did not meet my standards. They were dry and fell apart and the frosting was idk how to put it too grainy and sugary
