My wretched experience of 6/25/15 with the 3610 S Meridian, Puyallup, WA store... First, I tried to order online the day before I needed to pick up the meal for an important work lunch. Got all the way to the end on MyPanera and could not complete my order as the submit button would not budge from grey out. Even after repeating the entire process all over again. So I call in the order. A gal takes it from me on the phone and says it will be ready for pick up the next morning at 11:15 AM as requested. I get to the store. The Manager tells me there is no record that an order was ever made nor taken. I didnt get this guys name, but he conducted himself like a COMPLETE jerk. Patronizing, condescending and ingratiating beyond belief. Behaving as if the one at fault was ME in some manner. WHAT ON EARTH??!! Needless to say I immediately left and went next door to Applebees, who came through in the clutch for me with vividly flying colors. I tried to give this outfit my corporate business. And I have a heckuva lot of it to give. And they screwed up. Really bad. On a NUMBER of fronts. With NO apology WHATSOEVER from anybody at this store. You flat-out need to be better, guys. SO much better.

Terrible service. I went once and had hair in my food. A couple weeks later the manager reached out to me to resolve the problem and I was very appreciative. But I was hesitant so I waiting to go back for a few months. Went today, the lady at the drive through wouldnt even let me finish my order. I asked her to add my Panera card, she rolled her eyes at me and never even looked to see if i had rewards. I had a reward that was going to expire in a couple days. Never offered the pastry like they always do. I used a gift certificate and was unaware if i didnt use all of it i lost the money. She never said that or i would have used it. I asked her to please let people know so that the same thing does not happen to them and she closed the drive thru window in my face. She never even listened to what I had to say. Very rude. And a co-worker had a very similar terrible experience. Never going back!!!

Really disappointed with last two visits! On both visits was told they were out of the bread specified for the sandwiches ordered (Um...Panera BREAD--HELLO!) and mistakes were made on the items ordered. On the last visit, when the food was delivered, we stated we had also ordered another sandwich and the young woman said: "I know but I can only carry two plates at a time!" and then rolled her eyes as she walked away. Still wondering if she spit on our last plate of food before delivering! The childrens mac-n-cheese was okay, nothing special, but I thought $4.95 for a small bowl that likely cost about $0.30 to make was a bit high. Okay, but not great food, rude servers, and being out of signature menu items....probably wont be back for quite a while :/

Ive been coming here for years. Dont bother. Ive given them multiple chances, because they are so close to my home. Multiple times theyve been curt and frank, and sometimes downright rude. I could deal with that if they actually got my order right. Every time. Every time they ask me for the baked good. I say yes, I order one, and they forget it. This last time they didnt bother asking. But I wanted three of the thumbprint cookies as its my anniversary and these are a sweet treat we like sharing together. I thought it would be nice. She even noted it when I said them. They were missing. Of course they were missing. So I go back in, say theyre not even on my reciept. She happily charged me full price. Just dont bother.

The place wasnt really busy but it was also very disgusting the tables on the outside the tables on the inside were literally filthy I even saw a mom with two kids go up front and ask for literally a napkin to clean off her table when I went to use the bathroom it was disgusting I was just mortified I was definitely like yeah we shouldve just picked a different place. And what was even worse was the service of the two women working that night, just no customer service at all. I dont plan on going back especially since we both nauseous after eating at Panera bread. No care at all at the south hill mall Panera bread! I would not go there

We go here a lot but I seem to find its very different than other panera bread. First of all, the cashier does not repeat what we ordered (every time we go) which makes them re-do my order every time I go here. I do not want to mention the cashiers name here but this needs to be fixed. Second, the prices are fine here but ingredients in my sandwich worth $1. 2-3 pieces of meat and other few stuff combined in one side of my bread and nothing on other side. I understand this during their busy hours but it has been like this always. I hope manager is aware of all these....... such a bad service.

I ordered two Mac and Cheeses, two drinks, and two desserts. It didnt take long, so I vocally said "wow, that was fast". After a couple seconds , one of the female workers then mimicked me. She said it quietly as if I wouldnt hear her. I looked at the male worker who handed me my food. I said "okay" and loudly told my friend what happened as we left the restaurant, I looked back and they were all staring at me weirdly. Rude costumer service. Not to mention, our Mac and cheese wasnt that best so no wonder it didnt take too long.

Panera we frequently go to your restaurant and have been very disappointed in the quality of your food lately . One time you forgot the chicken and this time the lettuce is brown I have decided no to call this time but rather leave a review.. we pay good money for bad quality of good to feed 5 people is not cheap at your establishment.. you cant even check the bags because you try to stuff it all in one. We will probably take our business elsewhere in the future. Thanks Lisa Ficca

$20 for two sandwiches!!! And you have to wait 14 minutes for both of them. You must be crazy, desperate, or just plain brain-dead if you think this food at this place is good. You can dining in sit down and enjoy a really nice meal for about the same price. At places like BJs restaurant, Olive Garden, red Robin, are you brainstorm and figure it out, just dont support a sandwich shop with these kind of prices. I dont care how natural their ingredients are.

The people here are super nice and polite. They always answer my plethora of questions as Im often indecisive. The food is always good like any panera. I go out of my way to go to this panera specifically. They also keep it very clean. Once one of the girls was a little impatient in the drive through but every other time theyve been very courteous so I consider that an isolated incident that I dont knock any stars off for. Everyone has their off days.
